3 Floral Looks for a Spring Refresh
One of our favorite ways to instantly refresh a room? Flower arrangements that bring the beauty of the outdoors in. We've partnered with Kristen Cassie, founder of Moon Canyon Flowers, to bring you a new DIY arrangement for each new season.
As the holidays wrap up, we find ourselves craving a refresh button for our home decor. These lovely white and green florals do just that, no matter which arrangement you pick.
To help you start transitioning your home from winter to spring, I've created a three types of compositions that can be easily recreated in your home using silk flowers. Working with silk flowers can be really fun. After all, my philosophy when using silks has always been to keep it simple.
The Branch Garland Centerpiece
This simple garland can be customized to fit anything from an entryway table to your dinner table by laying down and twisting various flowering branches together. Because you can twist and shape the branches and flowers to move any way you like, this centerpiece is all about playing with the arrangement until it feels complete.
I love this table garland! It's so pretty, and because we've used silk flowers, it can last all season!
This botanical cloche is also so easy to create while still being incredibly striking. To style my florals, I used a petite low bowl with a floral foam block inside to shape the flowers.
As you're composing your arrangement, make sure to check it with the glass every now and again. You just want to make sure to not go so big that the glass no longer fits over the florals nicely.
The Tropical Greens
The last arrangement is a piece that can add life to any space.
I adore working with tropical leaves, and these faux leaves are no exception.
Beautiful, bold and so, so easy to work with, I like using them all together to create this wild tropical arrangement.
