  • 1 cup vegan margarine at room temp
  • cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. almond extract
  • cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. baking powder

Instructions
  1. With an electric mixer, beat margarine until creamy.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar until creamy, & then add almond milk, vanilla and almond extract.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until blended.
  4. Spoon dough onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
  5. Wrap dough and refrigerate at least two hours.
  6. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  7. Divide dough in half. On a floured surface, roll each half to ¼ inch thickness.
  8. Use cookie cutters to cut into desired shapes. Bake 7 to 8 mins.
