3…2…1…

Our trip to the moon started with Avery and Nate exploring and bouncing around on a moonscape made with pillows and a white duvet.  Avery and Nate loved this stacking wooden rocket (similar here) and liked trying to figure out how to put it together and assembling all the different possible color combinations.  Nestled in the rocket was a little astronaut, ready for an adventure.  A wonderful book that finished off our lunar afternoon was A is for Astronaut.  Thanks to Land of Nod for sending us the wooden rocket!
