Car Themed Playroom

We are sharing a moodboard today that will keep your wheel-obsessed kiddo moving and engaged. From car races to firetruck rescues and numerous coloring sessions in between, there is a lot to do in this car themed playroom!

We built the room around our Tiny Town Rug. We love that it lends a comfortable place to sit and play and doubles as an interactive road map of adventure for trains, cars, and small toys like our woodland friends. It’s also filled with color, so we opted for natural wood furniture and toys that keep the room warm and inviting without being busy or loud.

The play table is adjustable, so it makes an amazing play table now, but with the heightened legs, it transitions to a desk and, down the road, with the short legs, will make a great coffee table in a future dorm room or first apartment! But before your child is off to college, it’s probably a good idea to build that imagination and creative drive as much as possible. That’s why we love our wooden art easel. Whether your child is a painter, dry-erase board fan, or chalkboard extraordinaire, there is something for each interest!
