Cinnamon Toast Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe
Post by Corri of Glitter and Bubbles
I scream…you scream…well, you are actually going to scream “I’m Hungry” after you get a look at this recipe! I took my two favorite treats, cinnamon toast and ice cream and came up with a delicious dessert that your littles will love. Some might consider cinnamon toast a breakfast only item but I love using it for dessert recipes, since it’s easy and quick to make. You can also transform it into different shapes, which is a great way to spruce things up in the kitchen (and your Instagram posts too!).
Ingredients
- 6 Brioche Buns
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Eggs
- Strawberry Ice Cream
- Vanilla Ice Cream
