Your existing balance has already been transferred to your new Imprint account. From there, you can link a bank account, enroll in autopay, and schedule one-time payments—all quickly and securely online.
The easiest way to pay is to connect your bank account to your Imprint account to set up autopay, or make a one-time payment online. You can also pay by debit card at account.imprint.co, online Bill Pay via your bank or credit union, check, or pay over the phone.
By paying with your bank’s Bill Pay, we will record your payment as made on the date that we receive it—via check or electronically—but it may take up to 3 additional business days to reflect on your account. If your bank does not support electronic Bill Pay processing or you don’t find and select the payee listed below, they may print and mail us a check instead. If so, it may take up to ~10 days to be delivered. By paying with a check, Mailing and processing a check takes approximately 10 days. We will process your check on the date that we receive it, and this date is recorded as the payment date.
