Rated 3 out of 5 by Katt from Great style, finish needs improvementUsing these in my bathroom for a little extra counter space, and to add some style. The design is nice and functional and creates a very nice zen feel to the room. The finish is inconsistent from one shelf to the next, and the edge corners had no finish at all. I was able to touch up the corners so I kept them because the style is exactly what I wanted. No mounting hardware was included as others have stated which really is annoying at this price point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ryann from PerfectThis shelf is perfect for what it is. I searched all the different and crate and barrel not only had the best prices, but also a bunch of different sizes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PickyShopperinDC from Great! These look awesome! I put them in my guest bathroom and they give the room the perfect finished look. They were pretty easy to install, I used my own hardware since I wasn't sure if I would install into studs or drywall. They look great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by trustme10 from Excellent shelvesThis weekend, we installed 2 48" shelves and 1 36" shelf on one wall in our library for display of photos. We checked other ledge type products and believe these are the strongest and by far the easiest to install to achieve a flush-to-the wall shelf. We marked wall studs and drilled new holes in the support pieces so all three shelves are very well supported on studs. They look first class! The color is more of a charcoal than pure black. We are very pleased with the results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by stmbtmom from Beautiful & well madeI bought the 36" & 48" zinc Davis shelves for my wall. My husband installs cabinets for a living, and has always been skeptical of these "floating" shelves. How sturdy can they be, right? The way this shelf mounts to the wall is very sturdy. It comes with a strip of metal that is angled a bit at the top. It has a couple of pre-drilled holes, but my husband drilled new holes to line up with our studs. You level and screw this bracket to the wall, and slip the lip of the shelf right over it. Super easy! And since we were able to hit 2 or 3 studs with each shelf, they are super sturdy.
