Great product and great service!
My husband bought this beautiful zinc hurricane for me as a gift, knowing that I had been looking at it for months. However, when it arrived, one of the glass panels was broken. My husband called the service department and was told that a replacement would be sent out, no charge. The customer service rep was so pleasant and helpful - it couldn't have been easier! The second hurricane arrived in perfect condition! This is a beautiful addition to my home and looks great by my brick fireplace. It is a heavy, well-made product and is a nice size for either indoor or outdoor use. I plan to order another one to use on my screened in porch. Thank you, Crate and Barrel, for a great product and great service!

Looks lovely indoors and out
This piece fits in perfectly with the mission style furniture in our living room. Looks great outside on our deck in the evening too.

Quality and Beauty
I received the zinc hurricane and am thrilled! It is just the right size for my family room and will move outdoors nicely as the weather gets warmer. In the evenings, I light the three candles I have place in the hurricane and it gives a beautiful, warm glow to my room. It's also well made....not flimsy tinny metal like so many others I have seen. Also, the glass is thick and clear. I am planning to purchase another to keep outside in my garden....
