Damaged
The fixture was bent at one of the arms that hold the bulb. We were so happy to see the fixture and get it installed we tried to bent it back into shape, which we did but it broke the plastic carriage for the bulb. I should have sent it back,my mistake. I also think that the welds that tie it together weakened. Do you think that you can send me the carriage part?
Thanks,

Very large chandelier
This is a gorgeous chandelier - very modern and sophisticated but here is what you should know. If you need to remove links, which you probably will, it's quite complicated. My husband was unable to do it. We had to have a friend do it who is handier. If you use the linen shades, which come separately, your wattage is limited to 25watts and it's simply NOT bright at all. So, we will have to buy a lamp or something since it's simply not bright enough to light up a small room. Opt to not get the linen shades and then you can use 65watt bulbs. The shades are beautiful and the chandelier is stunning. It really makes the room look modern and sophisticated. The downfalls are the complicated link removal and the fact that it's not bright at all with 25 watts.

Romantic Lighting
We love this chandelier. I did not use shades just frosted bulbs and it looks very romanic when dimmer switch is used.
Quality was great as well as the delivery service.
