3 times a charm!
The first time I ordered the finley large wheat pendant lamp, I had to return it due to a dent in the diffuser. Customer service was excellent and they took it back no problem and quickly sent me a new one. After having it professionally installed for the second time, my husband was ready to kill me when that too needed to be returned for the same reason. Customer service again was excellent and they recommended coming to the nearest store and inspecting a lamp myself. Finally the 3rd light was perfect and it looks beautiful! It must have been a total fluke and I would have given up if it wasn't for the customer service! Thank You!

Perfect Pendant
I had been looking for a drum shade pendant light for almost a year. I came across this pendant after searching many different sites. I called our local Crate&Barrel store to set it aside. I wanted to see it in person before I bought it...went down later that afternoon and it was beautiful, just like it is shown on the website. I had it installed above our casual dining room table. It casts a warm, beautiful diffused light. The material of the drum shade is a perfect natural- looking material. The finish of the metal plate is even better looking in person than in the pictures. Couldn't be happier with my purchase, and so glad I waited to find this pendant! Highly recommend!

Conversation Starter
This Finley Pendant is the always a conversation starter. Everyone that comes to my home is always impressed. It was very simple to install and was shipped quickly. It is my favorite purchase.

Gives an instant face-lift!
We just moved into a new house, and the fixtures and hardware was outdated and "obvious". Since we can't do everything at once, we decided to replace an existing chandelier with the Finley Pendant.This simple, handsome pendant gave an instant update and face-lift that will help us buy time while making other updates.
We were also very impressed with the easy to install instructions and while the size was originally startling I soon realized...bigger IS better! Great presence while also remaining subtle.

Great Chandelier
We bought this lighting fixture to install over our "transitional" dining table. It looks fabulous! Not too contemporary to be cold, not traditional - just perfect. We even received a compliment on it from our architect! High praise.... and it's a great value too.

Loveley Ambient lighting
This lamp looks stunning in our kitchen. It produces soft indirect lighting which creates a very cozy yet cool ambiance.
The instructions were hard to follow and it says that professional assembly is recommended. My husband tried to do it and surprisingly after deciphering the instructions, he was able to hang it up, (with a little help from me).
I love how it looks in our kitchen and would highly recommend it to anyone considering this purchase.

Great-looking pendant!
Just had this pendant installed over our dining table and it looks fabulous! Quality of the shade is very good, especially for the price. My electrician installed it because it required new wiring and holes but probably could have been DIY if we were simply replacing an old fixture. One thing to pay attention to is the height of placement: We had to lower it after it was installed b/c when seated at the table, you could see the light bulbs. Lowering it only 6" solved that and it looks even better. You will LOVE this pendant!
