Nice looking, durable rug
We recently bought the 9'x12' rug for our living room area. It looks great with our leather sectional. The rug is pretty thin which I like because it adds texture and color without being too chunky. It seems very durable and does not get dirty very easily. I would recommend this rug for a high-traffic area.

Very pleased
I bought this rug for my unheated, screened porch about 6 months ago. It looks great, feels good on bare feet, and has held up well over the winter months.

Attractive and Practical
This rug is a good fit under my kitchen table; and because it is an indoor outdoor quality and waterproof, etc., it should hold up under the worst of conditions (heavy traffic, spilled foods, rough and tumble boys!)
I am happy with it now, and don't suspect the edges will curl and ravel with use like it's predecessor did! Quite satisfied....

that looks bigger on tv - to quote an old sitcom.
i should have measured, it was too small for my sink area. kept the 4 x 6, which i love for covered front porch.

Perfect rug for heavy foot traffic
I bought the runner to put inside my front door. I didn't want a rug that would wear easily. This rug is perfect, seems very sturdy and also pretty. I first got one that was defective, a few loose strands in the middle but called Crate and Barrel and they shipped me a new one right away and sent UPS to pick up the defective one, very easy return process. The new one is perfect and I am happy with this purchase. I have had no problems with ridges or creases, it came rolled and was nice and flat after 1 day.

Great Rug
I bought this rug in the smallest size to put in our kitchen at the sliding glass door. It looks great and unlike some of the other reviewers, I had no problem smoothing it out from being rolled for shipping: I just rolled it the opposite way and it was flat in a couple of days. It is great looking, comfortable on bare feet, and helps to keep down on the sand from the sandbox being tracked into the house.

Great rug
I bought this for my living room after the second time my dog ate a gel pen on my previous rug. It's great, easy to clean, and it doesn't look like an outdoor rug in my living room.

Great Product
I got a 2'x3' and a runner and love both! They did come folded, and the fold marks are pretty much gone from the runner where it gets a lot of traffic, but not quite in the 2'x3' after ~ 2 months of use. But the material is sturdy and the looks aren't bad.

Perfect patio piece
We purchased this rug for our outdoor covered patio and couldn't be happier! It really cozies up the sitting area, and is so easy to care for. This is a great quality rug, and is really well priced....a very good find!

Solid Purchase
I bought this rug for under my kitchen table-which is a very high traffice area. We have 3 kids under 10 and medium size dog. When it came I unrolled it right away as other reviews stated the rug had ridges. WHich it indeed does! However after a lot of "stretching" and pulling on the rug I would say so far about 90% of the ridges are out and I have owned the rug for about a month. Although it is an indoor/outdoor rug-you'd never know by looking at it or walking on it. VERY easy to clean and vaccum. Overall-I'm very happy with my purchase.

Pretty but Damaged
I bought the 8x12 in Pecan on line after visiting it in the store to make sure what I wanted. It was delivered folded instead of rolled and after a month (I've even weighted it down with boards) it's still rippled. I asked a rug shop if the ridges could be steamed out and was told folding sythetic rugs damages the backing.
Because an inexpensive industrial cardboard tube would have kept the rug from being damaged and its a pain to have to return big items, I'm dissapointed.

Pretty and Functional
I was looking for a rug that would stand up to wear and tear in the kitchen. I bought the pecan 2 x 3 rug to put in front of my kitchen sink. It looks great, like a natural fiber rug, and stays put with the rug pad underneath. The rug pad is definitely necessary to add a bit of cushion and keep it stationary. Very comfortable under bare feet. I have had the rug for a few weeks and it has shown zero wear-still looks great. I know it will be easy to clean if dirt shows up, but it still hasn't. Vacuums easily.

Great!!
I purchased these rugs for my kitchen area. They are the perfect length for in front of the sink, as well as the stove. They help to protect my hardwood floors.
I purchased other rugs from Crate & Barrel about 5 years ago. I get them cleaned, and they look brand new. I just wanted a new color / design. They add a nice brightness to the floor. I couldn't be happier.
