These are great. Look nice and they don't stick to the glass - can't ask for anything more out of a coaster.

Honestly... how much can you say about a coaster? Well... you can say a lot about these! They are the ones you want to use for wooden and glass tables to prevent glass condensation. They are porous and absorb every drop. They are neutral in color and have little 'feet' on the bottom to protect your table. I love sandstone coasters and these are by far the best I have every had! I bought three sets, one for each room where I need them handy.

no regrets
my husband and I received this coaster set as part of a wedding present, and we couldn't be more satisfied.
1. the stone is porous so it absorbs the condensation from your ice cold beverage.
2. the coaster is heavy so when you lift your glass, it does not stick to the coaster.
3. the 4 feet are well adhered to the bottom so it glides across the table without scratching.
4. the surface of the coaster is filed very smooth so it won't scratch the bottom surface of the glassware.
5. it's made from a natural material.
no one should have any doubts buying this well designed product.

Excellent coaster
Love these coasters! My previous coasters varied from leather to plastic. Why didn't anyone tell me about porous coasters before? Duh. These are great and your cold drinks won't get liquid everywhere. I love that they're solid and porous.

Attractive, but not useful
These are very attractive, but not in use. Their extremely rough sufrace isn't pleasing.

Best Coasters Ever!
These coaster are very absorbent! No water run off with these! Very contemporary looking. Great with any decor! Rubber pads underneath, so will not harm furniture. I would recomend to friends and family!

Best Coasters Ever
So happy to have found these! Great looking and, most importantly, functional!! So many coasters just provide a resting place for condensation but these actually absorb it so your "sweaty" drinking glass doesn't drip or stick to the coaster - what joy!

These Get the Job Done
The Blanco Sandstone Coasters do exactly what coasters should: absorb condensation from glasses (instead of allowing moisture to trickle onto the table, or worse, stick to the bottom of the glass when lifted).
Good looking, minimalist design should blend well with most decors. Rubber feet help these stack nicely when not in use. Great value at approx. $2.50/ea. Will probably buy another set :)

Condensaton absorbers
I received these coasters as a bridal shower gift and love them. They're attractive but the best part is how they absorb condensation from beverages. No more drips on the coffee table or cheap coasters sticking to the bottom of your glass. I did notice that one of the coasters has a small chip in the corner but I'm not sure how it got there, since we're not very rough with them. Overall, though I would recommend.

Elegant
I highly recommend these coasters. The Sandstone absorbs moisture and or condensation from drink glass, protects hot drinks from heat stains and they also look elegant on my black walnut dining table.
