I love using my kiri dishes. The look and even feel of them are elegant, yet simple and natural. They have been great for everyday use (despite their delicate appearance) and beautiful on a special occasion table. They are serene and beautiful and I really enjoy that.

We made a good choice
My husband and I recently purchased this china. We are are very pleased with our choice. It is good looking and can be used comfortably for casual or more formal dining. The low bowls are extremely versatile. We've used them for salad and pasta. I would have preferred that the 5 inch bowls be made a little smaller. I love the shape, but they are too large for cereal and soup. I also would have liked to have had a matching creamer and sugar bowl. The other serving pieces are well proprtioned and very
functional.

Lovely dinnerware
I bought this as a wedding gift from the couples registry. I was very pleased at how beautiful and delicate the dinnerware looked,yet it is durable and practical enough for every day. I'm sure they'll enjoy them for years to come.

durable, usable china
My husband and I registered for this china for our wedding. It has become our daily china, and works equally beautifully for cereal in the morning as for a nice dinner party. The design is simple but stunning, and the construction is durable enough for everyday use. I particularly love the low bowls; they are perfect for salads and pasta dishes! My only cautionary comment is that the serving bowl looks oblong in the photo, but it is actually round. Doesn't change a thing for me, though!

love this classic china
We are so happy with this china that we registered for at C&B. It looks great on our Basque dining table, and the classic Asian style blue and white pattern compliments the blue napkins and placemats we purchased. It all came very well wrapped, and in perfect condition.

Beautiful Dinnerware
I recently purchased this dinnerware, and I love it! The pattern is beautiful, and not too loud or fussy. The dinnerware itself has a nice shape & weight. Plus, its dishwasher & microwave safe. Overall, I love it.

Love it
Really nice looking china that is different than all the other china I looked at out there. I looked at a lot of china for our wedding and found that many china patterns looked the same. We were looking for something practical (it's dishwasher safe and we have washed ours many times without problems) but still looked a little bit more stylish than our causual dinnerware. We use our set (we have all the pieces except the large serving bowl and platter which we will likely buy at some point) all the time to entertain, it's versatile enough that it can be used for more casual get togethers but can also be used for more formal occasions without any problems. We also don't worry about breaking as it's very affordable but we haven't broken anything yet. We feel like we can actually use our china and enjoy it as opposed to have it in a china cabinet and never used or having to worry about people breaking pieces.

Nice look and feel but less practical
I am Chinese. Looking for some good quality dinnerware that is suitable for daily use.
About half a year ago, I bought 8 sets of the Kiri dinnerware plus the low bowls. The reason I finally decided to pick this set is the nice material. Bone China makes it feel stronger and also finer looking. I like the pattern as well very Asian, very subtle.
Now that I have used them for 6 months, I realize I like the low bowls much more than the salad plates and the dinner plates. The plates are two flat for my taste and handling. The low bowls are just right to put out dishes family style at meal time. And also the rice bowls are too tall such that they can not be stacked easily for storage in the cabinets. They are can easily cut lower by half an inch.
I found one low bowl already cracked so I am buying another set of them. Not exactly sure what happened. Maybe someone in the home dropped it on the floor or something.
I also wish they would offer more varety items for serve ware, to make it a more substantial set. some of the other designs have that option.
I noticed there is a large serving bowl being offered now. still trying to make up my mind.
