Perfect!
I had been looking for casual--not perfectly shaped--dinnerware for several months. I'm glad I found these. Instead of purchasing the set I purchased the dinner plates, salad plates and pasta bowls. Love them! And the packaging...I don't think there was any way those dishes weren't going to arrive safely.

Fabulous dinner set
My husband and I received a full 8 place setting for our wedding. We absolutely love these dishes! The color is great, the style is modern and they wash in the dishwasher! Love them!

Good product COLOR ON WEBSITE IS NOT ACCURATE
I was so excited to find these plates. I read the reviews and anxiously awaited their arrival. At first I was SO disappointed, the color DOES NOT represent accurately on the website.
It is a muted lime green, not dark or gold. I was going to return them but the color grew on me. I really like them now. GREAT quality and very pretty, clay and rustic edges.
Will be buying more pieces but LOOK IN THE STORE at the color if you are unsure.

My Everyday Dish Set
The set is exactly what I was looking for, a sturdy set that can handle every day use. I love the color, very natural and goes with my table decor. It mixes well with my white set of dishes, also from C&B. My one criticism, would be that I wish there was a third sized bowl that would hold soup. In my opinion, the cereal bowl is a little too small and the pasta bowl is too large. Overall though, a great set!

Simple yet with Personality
I loved these dishes from the first time I saw them. I work with clay myself, so I really appreciated the artisan quality. I am not fond of white dinnerware--too stark for me-- but I loved this warm and fresh spring, green--the color is even richer in person. I bought two sets so I could serve eight and added the pasta bowls, which I use more often than the dinner plates!!. I then went back and added the appetizer plates--more choices in the way I can serve foods. I recently moved into a new home and have bought many items online from C&B--they all work beautifully together!

Glad I bought them!
I've been looking on the internet for two years and finally, these came up on C&B. Because I'd done my homework, I knew they would work the minute I saw them. I purchased the 4 set "low bowels", to go with our basic white dinner/serve ware. They are stunning! Wonderful color, very sturdy, and a great style. And, the shipping was seriously excellent I am serviously considering purchasing another 4set, as we use them more than any other piece at this point. I highly recommend this line of dishes and hope that C&B continue to stock them. Judging from all the 5-star reviews, they'd be fools not to! I'll be back!

Awesome plates
The Marin green plates are an amazing buy. Very affordable and sturdy, and they look good in any setting- fancy or casual. Really great plates, and i'm so happy with the purchase. The color is really soothing and can match with just about anything. Plus the wavy design of the plates gives it a little extra something.

Practical and Pretty
"Marin" Dinnerware in Green has been a perfect choice for me. My last everyday dinnerware was the "Brittany" pattern by Crate and Barrel, it is still in use after almost 12 years! It's only drawbck was you couldn't microwave it and the new "Marin" ware has been great in the microwave and looks terrific!!!!

Love it!
I was looking for a contemporary dinnerware set for a couple of years, finally I found this one. I also wanted a different color to brighten up my table, so I purchased the green one, a little bit afraid because I ordered it online. It was a wise choice. It looks great on my table and makes a great contrast with my light furniture in the dinning room.

Lovely plates with a rustic touch
I had no idea it would be so hard to find a nice set of dinner plates that my husband and I would agree on. When we discovered the Marin dinnerware set our decision was made. The plates are a beautiful green color (the web picture doesn't really do it justice) and they have a nice rustic feel while still being low profile. The perfect combination of our tastes! So glad we have these!

Happy we bought
Have been thinking about buying this stoneware for quite awhile--very happy we did so. Love the color, it seems very sturdy, like that it's sort of "free form". Seems like a successful purchase!

My favorite!
I love these dishes! We got them as a wedding gift and they are everything I wanted. I love this shade of green and that not every plate is shaped the same, it adds so much character to our table! The mugs are a great size and the pasta low bowls are a must.

Great Color
I have this dinnerware set including the pasta bowls and love them. One of the best features is the color, which works well with a "Tuscany" color palette. The size of the plates, bowls and cups is great.....getting away from the supersized dinnerware from years past. The slightly irregular shapes also add character. I just love, love, love them!

Great for a romantic (&/or fun) dinner date
Will make a good impression, & one less thing to worry about while you obsess about the cooking. Cool color and slightly offbeat look. Seem like they will NOT chip easily at all. I'm not the party type (only got 2 sets) but if you are, they'd look good for that too.

LOVE this set!
I have this set as a showcase on my formal dining room table....to look not touch! I LOVE this! The color is gorgeous...and the shape and craftsmaship of the peices are phenomenal! If you are thinking about purchasing, think no further! You will not regret this purchase!

Great Everyday Plates
Love these dishes for everyday use, look nice and are lightweight. Wash well in dishwasher and don't get very hot after being heated in microwave. Very happy we received these off our registry and plan to buy more to complete our set

Love, love these dishes!
We were unsure whether to go with the green or the white and decided on the green which are beautiful!! The color is exactly as shown online. We also purchased the pasta low bowls which are perfect for pasta dinners but also great for making large salads. Casual and elegant all in one!
