easiest purchase ever
bought a few pieces in the store. loved the shine and simplicity. they coordinate well with sevearl sets of dishes i already have. so ,I went on line and added the rest of the pieces. which came so fast . Iwas thrilled. beautiful dishes great service!

Art on the table
I combined the white low bowls with the black murano plates and the combination is amazing. Several friends have commented that it's like having art on my dinner table. I'll keep these forever.

Love these dishes, BUT...
I have used these beautiful, cream colored dishes for 18 months and no chips or scratches to report. BUT... please add coffee cup!

Classic design modern flair
These plates seem to glow on the table. They are also durable, not prone to chipping. In the dishwasher I'd recommend using a rinse agent. They go from microwave, to casual use to more formal settings easily. The bowls that match are basically pieces of art.

Great Dinnerware
If you are looking for well crafted dinnerplates with lots of style look no further. I love the iridescent finish and they are dishwasher safe too. Very classy looking on the dinner table.

Gorgeous, but scratch easily
I love these plates-- they're beautiful, classy, and yet simple. The only problem is that the shiny finish seems to scratch really easily. I'm curious if over time any of the previous reviewers had the same problem. I would love to buy more of these, but I'm worried about their fragility . . . .

Sophisticated
I received this dinnerware set as a wedding gift. I could not be more happy with them. They are so classy. I have gotten many compliments from people saying they have never seen plates like these. They match an abundance of colors. They are also great in the dishwasher, doesn't get better than that!
Take that China dishes!

The sheen of these plates is amazing. I love the irridescent sheen. Very classic, but glamorous at the same time.

EXACTLY what we wanted!
When my fiance and I registered, we had pretty specific requirements for dishes. No separate china and everyday sets - we wanted something simple and durable enough for daily use, but elegant enough for special occasions. And we wanted white or off white - no color or ornate design to compete with the food.
This set is gorgeous and sturdy. Fits perfectly in our cabinets and dishwasher (our old Fiestaware didn't - too thick), the size and design allow for a lot of food on the plate (which sounds silly until you use plates with wide angled rims.) The large bowls are the right depth, the small bowls - which seemed too tiny at first - are actually perfect for soup or cereal.
I wish there was matching serveware, but this set is neutral enough to go with anything. Love love love.

Beautiful, quality pieces
These cream Murano plates are gorgeous! I love them! My only complaint is that they are not stamped at all with the Murano name. They only have a sticker on the bottom of each piece which, of course, comes off when they are washed!

Gorgeous & Useful
This is beautifully crafted dinnerware, representative of the Murano name. It can be used in a casual setting and also complements a more formal setting with its wonderful design and irridescent glaze. It has a feel of hand crafted treasures.
