Great purchase
I have been looking for a flatware set that was nice looking yet affordable for a long time. The Uptown set was the perfect combination. They are a good weight which makes them nice to hold and use.

Excellent value
I'm completely pleased with the Uptown set.
Great finish - great design - and feels balanced and substantial but doesn't feel 'weighty'.

Great quality for the price
This flatware is modern and elegant and very substantial for the price. The smaller spoons & forks are a good size for kids. Highly recommended.

Lovely
We registered for this flatware for our wedding, and are so pleased we did. The pieces are a nice weight, and feel comfortable to hold. We love the modern style, as it goes with a lot of our other pieces. I have noticed that the finish shows fingerprints, especially when they come right out of the dishwasher. I'm able to polish them off very easily with a dish rag. Ultimately, we love this set. It is one of our favorite wedding gifts!

Great Purchase!!
I purchased this set to use as everyday flatware. I love it! I couldn't be happier with it! It washes great in the dishwasher! The handles have just the right amount of weight... not too heavy, not too light. I would recommend these to all!!

Great
This is wonderful flatware. It's beautifully designed and easy to maintain. Individual pieces are available for purchase, so adding to the set, as needed is possible. I purchased two sets and then added extra teaspoons.

discoloration
Bought this pattern about 5 months ago and after only a couple of days in the dishwasher we noticed discolorations on the knives, especially. As days went by those discoloration got worse and brown spots appeared. It also affected the other pieces. The stains got so bad that I decided to return them to the store. Crate and Barrel stands by their merchandise and they gladly allowed me to return my entire purchase for a full credit and I then rebought another pattern. Hoping this one will be better than our first.

wonderfully modern
This flatware is absolutely beautiful. I get compliments on it all the time. It's a perfect weight--not too heavy, not too light. And it washes well. Slim and stylish.

beautiful flatware
this flatware set is heavy in your hand, but does not fall out of your bowl. it is shiny and modern looking but looks great with my pottery and my china. i love that it looks trendy now but isn't so trendy that i will hate it in a couple of years. and what a great price! i love it.

Great value flatware
They have a very nice modern simple design. They have a nice weight, not hollow and flimsy. They wash in the dishwasher really well, keeping its shine wonderfully. For SS 18/10 they are really great. The 18 stands for strength of the SS (I believe this is the highest) and 10 stands for shine (which i believe is on the high side). So will see other flatware out there with lower numbers for higher price. They are really good quality.
