glad i read reviews
looked around for a while for a set of flatware. i read some reviews of other sets and found there were sets for sale that said you had to hand dry or there would be spots. sooo glad i read reviews. all good on this set no problems dishwashing, no spots, set is decently heavy and love the xtra spoons and the serving pieces. highly recommend this set.

Beautiful Stainless
This stainless flatware is beautiful! It is fairly heavy, sturdy, and fits well in my partner's huge hand.( He really likes it!) I was looking for something to blend with my expensive discontinued Georg Jensen pattern and this is close to identical. I suspect it will develop scratches over time, but that will merely add to the beautiful patina, as has been the case with my Georg Jensen.

Sleek
Despite some negative reviews on these pieces, they still appealed to me. The cutlery is beautifully crafted and feel very smooth and comfortable to hold. Very pleased so far. I have decided to hand wash and completely dry the cutlery straight away (not use dish washer). THis is in attempt to prevent any rust spots. (which were mentioned in other reviews).
At this point I would definitely recommend these, for the stunning craftmanship, if nothing else!

not quite right
This flatware is very attractive, but too large and heavy. We sent it back.

Disappointed in new size
We bought additional flatware to replace missing items from the set we bought several years ago. We were disappointed that the size of each piece is larger than the originals - not by much, but they're heavier and don't fit in the drawer neatly with the original set.
Still love the shape, but wish the original size and weight were still available.

Very versatile!
My husband picked this flatware set when we were registering for our wedding. At first, it didn't seem like anything spectacular, but I completely love it. It matches our style and is great for everyday dining or for hosting parties!

Great Set!
I love this silverware! It is beautiful and elegant while still being practical for everyday use. They are a nice weight, not too heavy or too light, and I really like the size of the individual pieces. You'll be pleased with this set!

Best flatware ever
I cannot be without my Foster Flatware!!! I keep buying extra pieces to build my collection :)

Great weight, but scratches after every use
We registered for Foster Flatware for our wedding. Love how heavy and sturdy they are. But after each use, the spoons and forks scratch on any surface making it look horrible on the bottom. Very disappointing. Wish we could return, but we've already used them.
I would not recommend.

Fabulous Flatware
I really like this flatware, which replaces some I have used for a long time. It looks great, feels substantial, and cleans up without spots in the dishwasher. I've been looking for a new set for several years, and am glad I found this one.

Great Buy!
I purchased the entire set for our everyday flatware. I loved the clean lines and brushed nickel finish. They have tolerated the dishwasher well. The set comes with extra teaspoons, which is always great for kids. They are not the over-sized teaspoons that are difficult for kids to use. The set also has 3 serving pieces! What a great value!! The clean lines and contemporary look would coordinate with any dinnerware. I highly recommend this set!!

LOVE this flatware!
I have had this style of flatware since 2004 and I LOVE it. It has held up beautifully. No water spots or discolorations, of any sort, have appeared. They are substantial in terms of size and weight, letting you know that you are not dealing with a cheap or flimsy piece of flatware! I love the simple lines and smooth feeling these pieces have, also.
I recommend this set to anyone searching for a perfect, everyday flatware set.

Terrific
I bought this when I moved to my new home. Loved it so much that I bought it for my winter home, too.
It feels so solid. It's easy to clean in the dishwasher (no spots). I've gotten many complements on it.

Awesome.
We got the Foster Flatware as a wedding gift and I couldn't be more pleased. They are great! They're a good size and easy to grip; not too light, not too heavy. They don't stain or discolor like I've seen some stainless steel do. Highly recommended!

So glad I bought this flatware!
After years of fighting with 2 antique silver plate sets, I finally gave in and bought this set -- my first stainless. LOVE IT!! It's beautiful, has clean lines, and goes through the dishwasher in great shape. It has a nice weight and feels substantial.

Great purchase
I always wanted a clean modern style of flatware, and finally found it in the Foster pattern! Great price and all the pieces were available in the store.

Overall very happy with this flatware
We registered for 12 place settings of the Foster flatware for our wedding just over 4 years ago. It has been our main everyday silverware ever since. We love that it looks great and feels good in your hand when using it. The ONLY complaint I've had with it is that you need to make sure it is totally 100% dry before putting it away. If there is even a little drop of water on a utensil and then it sits in the drawer with another utensil on top of it, you'll end up with small rust spots on both. Doesn't seem like stainless steel should get rust spots, but it has.
