Looks good and Feels great
I love this flatware. It's got a nice clean line and it is well balanced and feels good when you use it. I enjoy setting the table again.

We received this set for our wedding and love the contemporary design and the feel of this set. We do have a few pieces that have rusted slightly in a few spots. Other than that...GREAT!

Modern yet classic
Love these sets of flatware. They have a great weight and shape when you hold them, and the mirror finish is pretty. Didn't realize it until I was at her house putting away dishes, but my sister in law registered for this flatware set when she got married nearly 10 years ago and her flatware still looks great. Glad that we registered for the same ones.

Beautiful and Sturdy
We've had these place settings for over ten years and they hardly show any wear at all. They're weighty enough to feel substantial in your hand, but not too heavy. And even ten years later I still love the design - simple and elegant.

Wonderful purchase
We were very interested by the modern look of the flatware and since purchasing we have been blown away by the quality and were not disappointed by the look. It needs care yes to maintain the look but what doesn't. It is a fairly recent purchase but so far we are greatly satisfied with the flatware and do not regret spending the money.

perfect complement
I have Essential dinnerware and wanted a flatware set with a similar aesthetic. I chose Oona because it was a great value for the price. originally I thought they felt a little lightweight, but after using I realize that they are still substantial and actually balance better because they aren't so chunky (like the Charlotte flatware, which falls off plates). they dishwash really well, but I can tell the mirror finish will wear down over time. the shape is really appealing, nice for everyday and polished for company. the serving pieces and coffee spoons were a great bonus with the set!

Excellent and affordable
We used the first set for 2 months, machine washing it every other day. Our kids and we liked it so much, we ordered another one along with the serving set. Simple and elegant, this product gets 5 stars.

Still Beautiful after 8 years!
My husband chose this flatware set when we first moved in together and I didn't "get a say" as his Mom paid for it. We have loved this set. We got service for 8 as well as the serving set. We always get compliments on it when we entertain! We will be purchasing the set of 4 to complete our set. We use it every day and after 8 years, it's a nice as the day we received it. I would choose it again and again, and I like that if I need to replace something, it's still available!

About the knives...
We purchased a set of this flatwear and we really love it. I'm ordering more forks. We, too, have had the knife staining problems (I had the same problem with my Oneida flatwear). We handwash and immediately dry the knives, but all the other pieces go into the dishwasher. We haven't experienced many problems with the rust spots on the other pieces. I recommend handwashing the knives.

great purchase
The silverware was gotten for my son and daughter-in-law as I live with them and we had been looking at it for a long, long time and my son found it in the catalogue and we were all excited about it being on sale. Didn't know they had gone up to Denver that day and bought it, so when they got home I too ordered more---because you need lots of GOOD silverware. It is so lite and feels sooooooooo great when you use it. Sounds corny but it feel good in your hands. THANK YOU

WOW! Even Better in Your Hand...
These pieces of flatware are so perfect for almost every house. The best part, besides the gorgeous look and polish, is the feeling in your hand. The handle has the perfect weight that makes them feel like you are actually holding something important. We love them!

Love it!
I admit that my primary interest in the Oona Flatware was because we share the same name (never got a cup with my name on it or one of those cute license plates as a kid), but as soon as I felt the weight and saw the shape of the spoons and how much they resemble the letter "O" I was hooked. I use them at home everyday and special occasions and now I'm adding another couple of sets for my weekend retreat! Thanks!

Very happy with the purchase - has a good weight and refined elegance. Also love the mirror stainless finish. Have received compliments the first time used.
Would like to see it come with espresso spoons.

Good and bad
I love the look and feel of this set. We have lots from our wedding registry. However, the knives all have rust spots which come back even after polishing. One other person mentioned this below.
I'm going to have to return them to the manufacturer, but it seems totally unreasonable to have to do this based on the price of this flatware.
If this wasn't the case, I would give this set 5 stars..... as it is beautiful.

Wonderful flatware!
We love our Oona flatware and we use it everyday. Since it seems to be a very popular line, it would be great if Crate and Barrel offered additional serving pieces such as a gravy ladle, butter knife, and sugar shell.

Great!!!
I've had this silverware for over 4 years now, and it still looks great. The trick is, don't use any detergent that has a a citrus smell or base. These have a great weight. A couple of my small forks have disappeared mysteriously, and I'm a little disappointed about how much they'll cost to replace. I guess I'll just buy one of the bulk sets. Don't hesitate to get extras!

Beautiful Design
I bought this flatware about 2 years ago. The lines are elegant and the pieces all have a substantial weight. They balance wonderfully in the hand. I use it for everyday meals as well as dinner parties. It's a great addition to the table that brings compliments every time I use it.
