She loves it!
I wanted to honor my daughter-in-law's mastery of cake baking from scratch. This plate is just perfect. It works for casual to formal occasions, easy to clean, doesn't take up too much storage, and adds so much to the presentation. Goes with any style. Can also be used as a centerpiece when candles, flowers or fruit is added. She insists she "has always wanted this", so I made a lucky guess.

lovely display
I like how small & elegant it looks on my dessert table. Not all desserts have to be on large serving plates, and this for me was a perfect compliment

Simple yet perfect!
I received this cake platter from my registry and I absolutely love it!! It's very simple but is so perfect. It inspired me to bake 3 layer cakes!

Great for entertaining
We got this as a wedding present and I didn't think I would use it much, but I have used it for a number of different house parties we have hosted as well as parties we were invited to. It is very sturdy and presents very well. Cakes, pies, or cookies always look extra appetizing when placed in the plate. Great buy!

potentially nice platter
I really like the simplicity of this cake stand, but was disappointed when I received mine in the mail because the surface was not level - very lopsided. I'm thinking of taking it back to a store where I can inspect one and hopefully exchange it. I'm sure not all look like mine or it wouldn't have gotten such high reviews.

My Favorite Wedding Gift
This was my personal favorite present received from our wedding. It's sleek & minimalist, with clean lines & the simplicity of its beauty is perfect. It's also fairly heavy, so I'd feel confident using it to display any size cake - as long as it's not a three or four tier wedding cake!

simplicity
I have this cake stand and two others from Crate and Barrel. what I love about this is its simplicity. It makes a beautiful cake or pastries or whatever you use it for to stand out. Because it is not overly ornate, it does not take away from your presentation but add to it. I've used it for my 4 year old kids party to a bridal shower for my best friend. It is a most have piece for every home.
