Great egg dish
I bought this because I was asked to bring deviled eggs for Easter lunch and didn't have an egg dish. I love this dish! It is simple, dishwasher safe, and isn't in the shape of an egg, so it can be used for any event. I got several compliments on it, and my aunt, who has a number of egg dishes, said it was the best one she had ever seen!

Love this tray
I purchased this egg tray for an Easter dinner at my home. The deviled eggs looked extra delicious displayed on it and I received several compliments on the tray itself. I love the cutouts that give it a floral look -- so much nicer than just a solid tray.

Housewarming gift
My friend had just moved into a new apartment and she's always loved deviled eggs, so when I saw this I KNEW I had to get it for her. It is a bit funny since it only has 17 spots (and obviously eggs cut in half would be an even number), but she just placed the last deviled egg in the middle. I figured anyone could just eat one deviled egg as a "tester" and no one would be the wiser!

Best egg plate available!
I purchased this as kind of a gag gift for the person I know who makes the best deviled eggs in the world but after 50 years of cooking did not have a deviled egg platter. This was not only really functional, but the prettiest platter I could find anywhere.

AWESOME EGG PLATTER
This is great! I just used it for a party and placed mushroom caps all around. I have also used this for assorted tasting dips and for small hor'duerves.
It is a clever, useful item, that does not compete with the color appeal of the food and I will use it over and over.

beautiful egg platter
I love this egg platter. I've been looking for one for a while and this is by far my favorite. It's very pretty. My only complaint is that it does not include a lid for travel.

A Surprise, but Lovely Just the Same
This is a lovely piece. I use it for eggs and also for water coloring, lol! I was a little surprised when I unpacked it because I thought it would be lighter and more delicate, but it's still lovely!

Perfect Platter!!
I was so excited to receive this platter as a wedding gift!! I love to make deviled eggs for dinner parties & gatherings and now I finally have a platter that is perfect for all occassions. Love the Shape
I can't over that it isn't shaped like an egg or an easter bunny. The simple circle shape is so lovely and refreshing. It's a very sturdy platter and It can go in the dishwasher.

eggstra nice
This egg platter was purchased as a wedding gift. It was the hit of the shower ladies. Southern ladies love those devilled eggs and this platter is the best showcase. The catalog and site picture doesn't really do it justice. It is functional and beautiful. I definitely recommend this platter. And the great price adds to the beauty.

Love it!
I love this egg platter. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it has little nubs on the bottom of the platter that give the piece some added stability. I also love the look of it. It has a very classic design that would go with any décor. I first saw this platter online and liked the design, but I fell in love with it in the store. It really is a beautiful piece.

Pretty and functional
This egg platter, as others have noted, is pretty on it's own, and with food as well. It's heavy, sturdy and has little nubs on the bottom of the plate for it to be stable when set down. It's also a very bright white, which jars a little with my all white casual ceramic dinner and serveware, since most ceramic dishes tend to have that bluish-grayish tinge in them, an almost translucent quality. I am not sure if I would have bought this had I seen it in the store, but I needed it for a party, and ended up keeping it. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.
