While it is good looking and serves its purpose satisfactorily, the most bothersome is that the stopper does not seat properly on the lid (air can pass in and out of the decanter and prematurely age your spirit). Second, cleaning may be a concern for some people in that you NEED a long brush/sponge. Lastly, the neck taper is perfectly horizontal (or even concave) which makes it impossible to completely drain or clean it: design flaw.

This decanter is perfect. Fill it with your favorite liquor and display it on your bar. It looks beautiful on our bar. We love it.

Elegance and Simplicity
Simple lines and a heavy base team together to provide this decanter contemporary elegance and clarity. Its stopper is substantial and posseses an enjoyable heft.
Additionally, the decanter's large neck diameter permits an easy transfer of libation from the source container. They're the focus of many compliments and we are delighted to have them.
One item of note: The stoppers wobble slightly when in place, but that's not a bother to us. Overall, these guys definitely dress up our libation dispensing station.

Not the best Decanter out there!
When you pour it drips all over. It also cracked already. Not one of the best Crate and Barrel purchases we've made. Dissapointed in this one.

My Husband Loves his Decanter
This decanter was purchased for my husband - he loves it! It's on display on our bar. It has simple lines and works well with the other bottles on our bar top. It also does OK in the dishwasher which is a huge plus!

Indispensible Classic
So pleased with the Owen decanter, I bought one for my husband and one for our best friends. The glass stopper creates a nice, tight seal. Our bourbon just got a classy home. Highly recommend!

Nice look for the price.
We put this decanter on our registry but we ended up buying it for ourselves since we couldn't wait four months to have it! It really completes our bar set, and we've received many compliments on it. You can't beat the classic, clean look of this decanter. Great piece of glassware for the price.

Beautiful gift
We purchased these as groomsmen gifts and ended up getting them engraved. The decanters are beautiful and have a great weight to them. We were skeptical of others we had seen on the internet and are glad we went with Crate & Barrel. I highly suggest the decanter!

A nice product. Seems to hold a good seal and looks pretty on the bar. Be careful if selecting multiples of this item to assure that you get matching stoppers as sizes/fits seemed to vary when we purchased ours.

Looks great....
This decanter is very nice... looks great on our bar filled with bourbon. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice decanter that is large enough to hold a good amount of liquor. We had friends give these as groomsmen gifts and everyone loved receiving them. Two thumbs up!
