Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice! But why not make a whole set? I bought this towel bar and the matching towel ring and I like the style of them but I'm wondering why a tp holder isn't available to finish the set..... It would be perfect if Crate & Barrel would be able to supply one!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not black as pictured I bought both the single and the double towel bars, and although I'm happy with the design/materials, the color is not black as I expected. it's definitely more of a medium-dark grey. Luckily I am handy with a spray can, but if you are expecting this to be black, you will be disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks over quality Looks:I just installed two of the Jackson single towel bar holders, we recently completed a bathroom renovation and these bars matched the style of the bathroom. One note on the color, they are not a pure black, more of an blue/iron color with visible welds where the bar meets the circle rosette that mounts to the wall.Installation:Having just completed much of the bathroom renovation personally I put myself in the "capable" do it yourself category. The towel bar comes with screws and wall anchors, the screws provided are threaded on the outside perimeter of the screw head and must be used to attach the disc covering the screw. The screws themselves are fine (although they are flat head - not sure why we wouldn't be using phillips but okay.) The issue I had was with the wall anchors provided, they are flimsy plastic and one of them was completely unusable. Since I couldn't substitute the screws and didn't happen to have four spare wall anchors that fit the length of the screws I was stuck with the cheap plastic anchors. The bars are currently holding towels but with only two screws per bar and the cheap anchors I'm not convinced that they will last long under normal daily use. If or when they do break I'll replace the anchors with something more substantial but would have preferred to have a better anchor from the beginning given the price of the rods.
