Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love the handmade look! We bought these about 2 months ago and have been thrilled. The look of a handmade product always appeals to me and these fit the bill perfectly. In fact I have ordered more today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them I purchased these about a year ago. They are very durable. I love the lip on them, it helps hold the food on the place without sliding off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great style--elegant/casual I have used these as my everyday dishes for the last 14 months with our family of 4 (w two teenagers). I love the stylish shapes of each piece of the set. I shopped for dishes for quite awhile. I must admit when I first opened them I was surprised. They seemed thin-I worried about the sturdiness and the bottoms of each piece are not glazed. They have held up wonderfully. I love the hammered texture and sheen. The way the light reflects off of them is very attractive. I also wanted reasonably sized plates and bowls for my family for healthy portion control. Sizes are just right. I also opted buying all sizes of bowls. I love the options. I love the small ones-perfect for a muffin, cookie, or fruit. The standard bowl is perfect for salads, cereals and soup and I love the large ones for big salads and pasta--looks "restaurant elegant". I also love the white canvas for all meals. It is easy to find table linens and decorate holiday tables. The fact that they are porcelain makes them much sturdier than a stoneware. These dishes have an artisan look w the slight variation in each piece yet they stack nicely.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fun look... I've had these dishes for a while now, and at first I was afraid they might be too fragile for everyday use...but so far not a chip or break! I am careful with them and try to hand wash, but occasionally they do go in the dishwasher. I love all the pieces and am very happy with my purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful and simple I bought these dishes in November. I absolutely love them. They are a perfect white and the shape gives an interesting look. I paired them with the grayish chargers and I love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful & functional I loved the glaze on them because they felt a little "fancy". I also like the texture because it makes it something other then the boring white. My husband was afraid the food would fall off the plate but we have eaten everything with no accommodations necessary! Even with the unglazed bottom, we've stacked them dirty with no staining, left them over night and no scratches either. Best dishes ever!! One came in with a small brown spot, called and they sent me another one for free no questions asked!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Artsy and Quality I've purchased the entire set of the Mercer collection as my everyday dishes. I love the artsy characteristic of them - uneven, hand made look and feel of the finish. I've had the set for about a year and no chips or breaks, therefore feel the quality to be outstanding. Plus, if you do break one, it won't break the bank to replace it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool but unusual I like the hammered modern/vintage look of the dishes but they are very thin and a little flimsy feeling, as if they could break very easily. They don't stack very evenly either. I feel the dinner plate is a bit large but I like that it doesn't have a bowl shape in the middle like most plates. A ridge around the bottom might be what it is missing, as they are hard to pick up by the lip around the edge. But the price was great, especially combined with a coupon. And the dishes were packaged superbly - no chips or cracks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Dishes! I bought serving set for 8 (without mugs). I love the look and feel of these dishes. They look handmade and they are very light and feel like fine china, but are not fragile. The price is amazing for the quality

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful, but beware: VERY FRAGILE! I have always wanted more organically shaped/natural dishes as I just think there is something so attractive about it. Also, I love that there is no inner rim on these plates. I bought the dinner plates, the accessory plates, and all the bowls - I truly adore them all!HOWEVER, beware bc for some reason (I don't understand why), these dishes are EXTREMELY fragile and prone to break. My husband was taking a dinner plate from the shelf and barely tapped it on the edge of the shelf and the entire dish just broke apart - I was so disappointed as this makes me worry about the longevity of the entire set :(.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So unique! I bought this collection for our summer vacation home and we love them! The style is so unique and brings an artful twist to our kitchen and dining table. The 3 sizes of plates are perfect for our family. The younger kids use the appetizer & salad plates all the time! Great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from casual yet elegant Love my Mercer dinnerware. I chose not to register for fine China so I wanted to find dinnerware that was casual yet elegant. This fits the bill! Also, it is surprisingly durable!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these Dishes Introduced to Mercer dishes when my son and fiancé registered at Crate and Barrel. Loved the style. Purchased 16 dinner/salads and 8 low bowls 8"/mugs online when they went on sale (was traveling). Replaced 3 sets of dishes. Use daily and will use for entertaining as well. The dinner plate is a good size. It is flat so the entire surface can be utilized. Especially nice when serving buffet style. Food always looks best on white. Will purchase more as needed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from beautiful I have these for Daily eating and decor on my Farm Table. This set was just what I was looking for. I wanted white square dinnerware but everything I saw was so typical and everything looked alike. These have texture and not every piece is perfect. Beautiful modern rustic pieces I was looking for. I think I may get the round as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Design What a nice change from the ordinary looking plate. The handcrafted ripples add such a nice touch to the table presentation - I am enjoying the 'dress it up or down' design that makes the Mercer set so versatile. We bought 16 dinner plates and 12 of the other pieces so we would have plenty for dinner gatherings
