Beth Eckerstrom
What I Like
Nature's freshest yellows and greens are waking up interiors this season. According to Beth Eckerstrom, Director of Trend and Product Development at Crate and Barrel, optimistic shades of canary, mustard and mimosa look clean and bright next to white, and cast a contemporary statement when paired with accents of cool grey. Green is more alive than ever in a vibrant mix of tones, from kiwi and chartreuse to green apple and peridot. Depending on the shade, greens soothe the senses or lift the mood, and always make everything around them look good. Living with these lush colors, she says, "is like waking up to spring every morning." Here, Beth discusses her favorites of the season.
- 1
Georgie Table Lamp
A true statement lamp. The sculptural mid-century shape is scaled to dramatic effect in a gorgeous matte glaze of earthy mustard.
- 2
Living Water Green Print
Nature's reflection of water in soothing shades of blue and green. The watercolor palette brings complete Zen to the room.
- 3
Chloe Chair
In sunny daffodil and white, this graphic garden gate pattern puts a playful new spin on the classic slipper chair. Bright, vibrant, confident-it truly is an accent chair in every sense of the word.

3-Piece Topiary Candleholder Set
I like to cluster a mix of these whimsical wire silhouettes in different sizes and tones of green to create instant graphic impact.
- 5
DeLonghi® kMix 5-Cup Drip Coffee Maker
Hello, java. A bold shot of yellow transforms a kitchen appliance from a tool into a statement item. It's a fun and easy way to perk up a tired space without a major commitment.

Felix Green Side Chair
So fun-and functional. Crisp granny smith apple looks fresh against polished chrome legs. Pull out this chair for a pop of color in the dining room every day or as extra seating for guests (it stacks and stores out of the way).
