The Story

Great wines deserve the right glass to bring out their distinct aromas and tastes. Our Vineyard wine glass collection offers a suite of glasses, each crafted with specially shaped bowls to enhance enjoyment of white, red and sparkling wines. The funnel-shaped bowl allows pinot noirs to breath and the slightly flared rim properly funnels their unique aromas. Each elegantly shaped glass is handcrafted by highly skilled European glassmakers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Pinot glass! I bought 2 of these glasses about 3 months ago and they are easily my favorite. The large bowl is great for swirling and opening up the flavors of the wine, and the small lip helps the wine fall rigt into the tounge. They are very sophisticated and look great sitting/hanging on the shelf, all for a very reasonable price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value! I always buy my wine glasses from Crate and Barrel and this was no exception. You cannot beat the quality as this price. I never buy any where else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love these but they're pretty fragile! I enjoy my reds so much more when I drink from these, however I agree with other reviewers that the glass is very thin (makes for a lovely sip though!). I am usually very careful when washing wine glasses, but I've managed to break one already (I've only been using them for a bit more than a month now). I am going to replace the broken one, though, because I do love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Care and cleaning Never handle these wine glasses by the stem. Only by the bowl. If you have lip stick just run under hot water only. Dry by holding the bowl. Very gently is the theme here. I like better than my Riedel at over 100.00 a stem. This is a bargain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We like them! Got them for Christmas. We haven't had any trouble with breakages, and we use them all the time. Will buy more! Wish they made martini glasses in this type! Like them better than my Riedels.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Handle Vineyard glasses with extreme care! I broke my vineyard bordeaux 22 Oz glass while drying it with a hand towel. I had just removed the price sticker and never even had a chance to use the glass. Still not sure of a reliable way to get these glasses clean and dry without destroying them. I like the shape of this glass very much but they're probably not as practical as many other, less expensive glasses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wine glasses from the Czech Republic I LOVE these glasses. Yes, they are fragile and thin, but wine tastes especiallydelicious when drinking from them. I first found out about these glasses when I took atrip to the Harrachov Glassworks in the Czech Republic. It was amazing to watch the skill of the young men and women working there! I have actually put my minein the dishwasher and they are fine…but NOT recommended! I ordered 12 glasses for white wine and 12 for red in 2007. I still have most but of course I have broken some, that is the way it is when you buy fine crystal. I have also given them as gifts.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Vineyard Red Wine Glasses I was surprised how fragile these glasses appear.  I am worried that one little bump and they will shatter.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty ... for 1 use I fell in love with the look and feel of these glasses. After breaking 4/5 of them by gently washing them with a wash cloth I have finally broken the 5th one by trying to wipe some lip stick off of the edge with my finger (cracked right down the side). Clearly I was not being gentle enough with them but I'm not sure how one is supposed to ever get them clean since they CERTAINLY cannot go in the dishwasher. I have 5 more that are still packaged up and they will definitely be returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderfully sized! We received these wine glasses as a wedding gift and they have been one of our favorite additions to our home. The over-sized bowl allows for a hearty pour, but the stem is delicate but sturdy, which doesn't make the glass feel too "heavy,"
