Rated 4 out of 5 by from Old Fashioned's are awesome We love the Old Fashion glasses in this set, along with the Pilsner. They are nice and heavy in the hand and feel like a 'mans' glass. Only wish there was a decanter to match!!! The highballs feel small comparatively to the other two types.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Swankiest Glassware The direction glasses provide a unique, entertaining spin on your classic scotch/whiskey glass. The floating 'dollop' frozen in crystal clear glass at the bottom of your drink is simple and creative, while adding a touch of lightness to this heavy, weighted glass. I originally bought four of the glasses as a birthday gift, and loved them so much that I bought my own set of four. The weight, fun bottom, and classy style of the glass make them a great addition to any drink bar or cocktail party.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these! Got these as a wedding gift and they are beautiful! We only use them as bar glasses, not everyday, but they honestly make everything look better. We also handwash them so they don't collect water or food in the bubble.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rare Quality One day, I was visiting a friend of mine. And in his china cabinet, he had these glasses that I've never seen before. I instantly fell in love with these glasses because of the feel and thick bottom but, the most interesting part about the glasses was the ball at the bottom of the glass. Initially, I thought that the glasses he had were antiques. When I asked him where he got the glasses from, he stated that he could not remember where he got them from. I said to him that if he ever decided to sell the glasses, I would be very happy to buy them from him. I then searched diligently online to see if I would be able to locate the same type of glasses. I did this for approximately four days, searching antique glassware and any other place that I may be able to find them but, my search went without success. About a month later I went to check my mail and noticed that your company had sent me a catalog. I've bought products from your company for many years so, I know that your company has always carried quality items. As I browsed through the catalog, I suddenly noticed the same type of glassware my friend had and I had been searching for was in your very catalog for sale. I quickly telephoned my friend to tell him that I found the glasses. He then went on line to purchase more of the same glasses. I love these glasses and plan on purchasing more . In fact, I will be ordering the short ones to go with the tall ones. I love showing off these glasses but until I order more, I won't allow anyone to drink out of the ones I already have. I absolutely love them. The weight, feel and that unique ball at the bottom. Classy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from To Heavy and to Fragile Purchased 6 on-line, one came chipped at rim, overall glass looks nice but very bottom heavy and dosn't seem to hold 9oz although I have not measured them. Will be returning them as soon as I can get to a store

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great glasses These are great gin & tonic glasses! Arrive promptly and not disappointed! Cheers!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Break easily I love these glasses for their beauty. They make great drinking glasses for water. However, they are very fragile and break easily, which is too bad given their cost. A couple broke in my dishwasher this past week as I was rolling in the rack. For this reason, I give them 3 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Maybe not for everyday, but they do look great I purchased the double old-fashioned and the highball glasses and will be going back for the beer glasses as well. I agree with other reviewers that the open bubble at the bottom is a pain to wash...but the glasses look so nice! My husband and I won't be using them everyday, but they're a great addition to our bar for when company comes over. They feel very expensive because they've got such a weight to them. And I discovered a cotton swab right after the glasses go through the dishwasher works wonders in drying out/cleaning out the bubble at the bottom!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unique beer glasses We got a bunch of these (the pilsner glass) because we liked the bubble in the bottom, and thought it added a nice touch to the traditional beer glass.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A staple of our bar Have owned these (and the pilsners) for at least 10 years, and they are a staple of our bar. Wouldn't use them for everyday glassware (I've read complaints on the website from folks who've tried doing so), but they're perfect for gin and tonics, rocks margarita, scotch on the rocks, etc. They go in the dishwasher just fine. They collect water in the bubble, but with a few taps of the base on a towel before storing they're good. Once every couple of years I clean out the bubble with a Q-tip. We're about to move in to a house with a bigger kitchen, and I look forward to rounding out our collection with the highballs. Love these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful design! I bought a set of these for my (Female) Boss! She LOVED them!! They have such a High Quality look to them! Heavy because of the base but thinner up top, perfect for drinking! Wish I had them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rocks! Got for my husband's birthday and they are perfect. A little heavy and need to be hand-washed. Overall, they are attractive and fit the bill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great look, great feel I bought 4 highball and 4 old fashioned glasses and then bought 4 more of each. I use them during parties, because the heft makes them stable. Almost everyone comments favorably about that weight and how sexy they look. I'd love martini, wine and champagne glasses in the Direction style. How about it, C&B? Use your influence.
