Farrow 52 Media Console with 2 Media Towers is rated 4.6667 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Elegant and tidy features, good for studios. I bought this for my efficiency-slash-studio. The clean lines avoid overwhelming the space and because it is standalone there is no need to drill into the walls (this is a rental). The Farrow fits all my media and electronics, plus books, pictures and some pots on top. Very glad I bought this, the four stars are because it is slightly complicated to put together. Otherwise I'd give it a 5.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! The quality is great and it was very easy to assemble. It took a little over an hour for the two of us to complete.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Form and Function Just what we were looking for in a media center - streamlined, contemporary and not too big. The finish is a rich color and even toned. Well planned construction - not difficult to assemble and feels very sturdy. One drawback is that the cabinet door on the media tower only opens one way - they should have made hinge connections on both sides to give people the option to open both ways. But it looks so good, we will live with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking, functional and well put-together We were trying to turn our family room into a space where we could coexist with our children. We wanted something that could be used for the TV, Wii, DVD, etc. but also to organize games, books, and miscellaneous items that never seem to have a good home. The media console is nicely designed and does an excellent job of hiding cables while still allowing space to move things around. The doors slide smoothly, the whole unit is sturdy. The media towers are also very versatile and are big enough to house quite a bit of stuff without being overwhelming. Everything came with anti-tip hardware, which we installed. It requires assembly, but the directions were clear, all hardware included and I had no problems putting it together. My only very, very small complaint - perhaps it's a complaintlet - is that the doors on the media towers do not come with any type of pad or bumper to prevent a slamming sound when they're closed (by children). This is easily rectified by installing a very thin adhesive pad to either the door or the frame, but it isn't something that has mattered enough to attend to. A thicker pad (which I have) makes the doors stand away from the frame and changes the appearance more than I'd like. All in all, love it. We bought the matching Farrow 2 door cabinet a couple of months later to boost the storage and finish the room. Same nice quality, looks great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase This has been a great piece for our small NYC apartment. It fits perfectly and has so much storage space for all of our things. Really happy with the quality and look of the product - and we get tons of compliments. The only issue I've noticed is that the sliding door needs to be open to use the remote with the cable box inside. A small price to pay for such a great piece.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase We recently purchased the console and towers for our family room. The console was easy to put together. The towers were a little more difficult to assemble. Getting the doors level took a bit longer than expected but after all pieces were assembled we were extremely happy with our purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completes the Room I don't believe in having a TV in the living room, but my current pad doesn't have a separate family room, so this works out. It does it's duty, and makes our space look great! It holds all of our entertainment systems and DVDs and BluRays, and even books and decor. I love the color and the quality. It can get a few scratches, but that's nothing a black sharpie can't fix!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than expected We had purchased this entertainment center because we couldn't find anything else that would suit our needs. We needed something to place in front of a half wall/ staircase that wouldn't be too high. And it turns out that this center was the perfect height- it doesn't hang over the staircase. I wan't too crazy about the color of the stain but have grown to love it. The storage is great, love the sliding glass doors. It fit all of our components but we do need to keep the doors open in the center to create more airflow. It really is a great addition to our home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Media Center Love this media center for my condo! Fits perfectly, not too big. The side towers have wood-faced cabinets that hide extra cords and movies, which is nice. Didn't think I would like the glass but it's great at keeping my DVR and BluRay from getting dusty and I don't need to open it up to use my players.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fulfilled our needs We became interested in the media center from an advertisement sent to our home. When we went to look at it at the Cincinnati Crate & Barrel, it was just inside the front doors and was knicked and beat up looking! Enough so that we reconsidered purchasing the product. We went ahead with the purchase of two pieces. We have a problem spending $1,000 for furniture that must be picked up and assembled. It could have been delivered to our home, unassembled, for an additional $80 or $90.The two pieces went together quickly with easy to understand instructions. All pieces and parts were included. We are happy with our purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great style & value Very nice look & Quality. Easy to assemble and practical to use. In general I'm very happy with it.One of the panels didn't align and fit well but I called the customer service and they will send me a new one.I wish the console design can include openings for airflow. My satellite receiver heats up when the doors are closed. It can be a nice feature for the doors of the media towers to be installed on either the left or right sides so they can open in opposite directions.
