Comfy Sleeper
I bought this sofa for an exercise/guest room. The "Haze" blends nicely with my room. I've had three people spend the night so far, and all of them rave about how much more comfy the bed is than your traditional sleeper with a bar.

Great sofa!
We purchased this sofa for our beach home and absolutely love it! It is very comfortable and easy to clean. We purchased the white and found some great colorful accent pillows to go with our beach theme. We are very happy with this purchase.

Love my Willow couch
I ordered this sleeper sofa for my home in February. It is the second couch I have ever bought. I love it. It was delivered by very helpful employees. They even helped me move out my old couch.
The couch is beautiful and perfect for my bungalow style home. The slipcovers are easy to clean, which is important to me since I have dogs. It has been several months and the white fabric looks crisp and new.The fold out bed is very comfortable. It is perfect for guests in my small home. It is scary to buy such a big furniture item on a tight budget. I will definitely trust Crate and Barrel with my next such purchase.

Thought differently
I love Crate and Barrel's designs. However with this couch. It is beautiful to look at, and my husband and I thought it would be a perfect buy since we have small kids the slip cover would be fantastic to keep, mattress for those family members that come during Christmas, but then, we noticed that the sofa is sinking in the middle! I love this sofa and was utterly crushed to see it falling like that. My kids do not sit or jump on this sofa, they have their own little sofas. We sit on the sides of the sofa and not in the middle so I was shocked when my husband said it is sagging in the middle. We only noticed because we moved it so I can clean behind it. Too expensive for this to be happening. I am not a happy camper.

Soft but good
The sleeper part of this sofa is comfortable--not a bed by any stretch of the imagination but it doesn't do that thing where the bar in the middle of the mattress means you wake up with a backache. For sitting, the cushions are soft and I find if I sit and watch TV for a long time, I DO end up with a backache. On the other hand, every one who lays down on it falls asleep.

Guests sleeping well!
We needed a functional, yet elegant sleeper sofa for a new guest room. We bought this couch in deso snow at the recommendation of an interior designer who had used this couch for several clients. The mattress very comfortable and our guests have given it rave reviews.

Beautiful but deceiving sofa,
I bought this queen sleeper sofa and chair & a half because it suited all my needs. Aesthetically pleasing, washable slipcovers, sleep accomodation for guests....
The floor model sleeper was the chair & a half. As with most sleepers, you sit well in it. Firm, but comfortable. But the queen sleeper that I bought, doesn't sit well at all. Yes, it has down cushions, but there is absolutely NO support. The regular chair & a half has better support but regardless, you still sink to the floor when you sit in it, as with the sleeper sofa. If you have a bad back, I definitely would not recommend this set. I worry about how long I'll be able to keep this as my husband and I age. We'll need help to get up out of this furniture. Very disappointed. Expected better from Crate & Barrel.

Great Couch
I bought this couch for a number of reasons, for one, sleeper sofa, since we have a one bedroom apartment and occasionally have friends stay over. Two, I have a 115 pound white Great Pyrenees who sits on the couch, need a roomy white couch. Now that I am pregnant and on bed rest, I lay on the couch everyday practically all day, nap, and it is SUPER comfortable, heck my husband falls asleep sitting up ! It is like giant pillows for cushions. They do need to be flipped occasionally if you sit in the same spot (like I do) since they are filled with down feathers. They come out of their slips super easy and are machine washable (good for dogs with dirty paws). They only disadvantage, my dogs have dirty paws a lot and we have to wash the covers frequently, BUT it is super easy :) Unlike your standard sofa that has to be professionally cleaned...

Poor construction.
Extremely poor construction. Back frame and front frames are thin and not supported (very weak). The padding over the front frame (where the cushions rest) is poorly applied and it rolls off the wood causing the cushions to have a bowing/sinking effect towards the middle. I received a replacement couch (customer support is awesome in that respect), but this one is doing the same thing now. Keep in mind this happens within only a few months. I was actually told not to sit on the edge of the couch as it void the warranty! I've never heard of such a thing! I'm a guy with average weight and sit on the couch in a normal fashion, yet this keeps happening. The cushions lose their density very quickly too. I can actually feel the metal suspension rods from the bed a little when I sit. Also the bed sags and touches the floor in the middle, not a deal breaker there, but par for the course in its design. For the price they expect you to pay for this, there is no excuse for the shoddy quality. Stay away.

Finally!
We looked everywhere for a sleeper sofa that would fit our needs. We have a young baby and I still wanted a white sofa. Voila! White and super comfy! And by golly, it can be washed! Just take the slipcover off and still keep your white sofa! love it!
