great spice rack!
The spices are great and you get free refills for 5 years- I also love that it's not round so it doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Pretty and modern looking!

Finally a great spice rack!
This spice rack is just what I have been looking for. Wide mouth jars and a rack that can sit on the counter in a corner. Free spice refills each year for 5 years! I don't use all the herbs and spices they included, so I bought 5 plain jars for my favorites. The spices and herbs come sealed fresh. I may get a second rack, one for savory and one for baking.

Wonderful Item!
I love my new spice rack from Crate & Barrel! It came with all the spices needed to set it up and begin using it and the free spice refills for 5 years is absolutely fantastic! The functional design is great for any kitchen, you can set it right on the countertop or mount it on the wall if you have limited counterspace. Being able to mount on the wall was one of the deciding factors in my purchase of this item~it keeps the spices that I use the most close to hand for all my cooking needs.

Wonderful Item!
This item is not only wonderful, but space saving and time saving. With the contents of each bottle written right on the lid it is easy to locate what I need quickly. And the space saving design is wonderful! I mounted it right on my wall next to my stove so there is no more clutter on my counter!

lids dont stay on
not c&b quality - lids dont stay on and spill spices and broke a jar because of it - really disappointed

Quality issues
The Spice Rack was finally delivered, 3 weeks behind schedule. Most of the bottle lids have scratches on them and or something sticking on the surface.
One of the lid has printing faults too.
Not the quality you would expect from Crate&Barrel.
No doubt, I will be returning the Rack.

Love it
Received this as a wedding present and absolutely love it. It arrived with the spices in individual packages that were easily labeled. (Also get a set of free refills). The jars fit neatly into the shelves and the rack itself is attractive, compact and a definite space saver. So far, so good!

Great buy!
This spice rack is perfect for on the counter and doesn't take up a lot of space. When you purchase you also get a code for free spices to refill the bottles. Looks great in our newly renovated kitchen!

Put some spice in your life
The Spice Rack is attractive and will fit into any decor. One of the best features is that the spices arrive in their own sealed bags, which preserves their freshness. All you have to do is pour each spice into its own container and you are good to start cooking.
There is also a 5 year spice refill policy in place which is awesome.

Cheap Lids
Several of the lids don't fit the bottles & they come right off if you grab the bottle by the lid (which is how you usually grab them). It's pretty fundamental problem, given that spice jars are supposed to hold your spices, not cause you to spill them all over your counter.

Not Impressed
My fiancee and I received this as an engagement present yesterday. I washed all of the jars and lids and let them sit to dry. When I went to put the spices together today, I noticed rust on each of the lids. This was extremely disappointing to see!
On top of the rusty lids, I have found that with the plastic piece on top, the lids to not fit tightly, and on some,not at all!
I really do love Crate and Barrel...but this takes the cake! I am doing some rearranging of my registries, since receiving this gift. I'll be taking a good amount of kitchen-goods off of our registry.

Nice overall though one jar broke
Nice overall - I especially like the names of the spices on the lids. However, one of our jars broke before we even took it out of the box, so they must be a bit delicate.

Great Cooking Investment
Convenient enough to store anywhere in your kitchen. Easy to grab with names on caps. Very practical to have in your kitchen. I would recommend this to all of my friends. If you cook all the time with spices, this is the spice rack to invest in. I love it!

classy, but minor problems
I love the look of this spice rack, and you absolutely can't beat free spice refills for 5 years! Everything fits nicely, and the rack takes up very little space on my countertop.
My only concern is that the lids on the jars don't fit properly, so I have to be very careful picking up the jars so the lids don't come off. Poultry seasoning all over my counter isn't much fun! As another reviewer noted, it is also very difficult to remove the plastic cover for measuring or refilling. But beyond these structural issues, I love the convenience and style!

Great rack!
Initially purchased this for a friend who registered for the item and loved it so much I got one for myself! Has a lot of useful spices and doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter... just wish C&B sold extra jars with blank lids.

Pretty to look at
The spice rack was a wedding gift but unfortunately was shipped with some of the jars broken. It looks nice on the counter but unless you are sprinkling the spice, the inner plastic lid can be difficult to remove for measuring out exact amounts.

Cute Spice Rack
This spice rack is really cute, and fairly small so it doesn't get in the way. I especially like that you get 5 years of free spices, especially because I use a lot of spices when I cook.

Super Cute and Convenient
This spice rack is fabulous. I love having such quick access to my most commonly used spices. This helps keeps things clean and organized, while still looking quite chic. I especially love the little containers, modern and classic.
I really like this spice rack and I'm pretty sure that anyone would be more than happy with this in their kitchen, as well!
