terrific product
I was gifted a set of these several years ago and then later purchased the set of 12 small glass bowls. I find I use them all the time. I much prefer glass to plastic, as you can put it directly in the microwave; I also think food retains its taste better when stored in the refrigerator in glass.
I bought the taller set as well. They are a little harder to stack in the refrigerator due to their height, but work well for storing soup and other liquids.

Super Stackable
These take up almost no cabinet space, a welcome status with a product designed for storage. Look nice enough to serve casual food with as well.

Perfect Bowl Set
I love this bowl set, we received these as a gift and weren't sure how we were going to use them at first. Now we use them all the time, I love serving from them and storing things in the fridge. I also use these as prep bowls when baking.

Great Food Storage
These bowls are just as described! They wash very well in the dishwasher and the lids keep their shape even in the heated wash. I love the fact that they store inside of each other saving lots of space in my cupboards. I plan to buy another set since I use them all the time!

Not Bowled Over
While I like these bowls, I don't love them. I purchased them at the same time as the French working bowls with lids to see which I preferred. I definitely prefer the working bowl which is heavier, has a better lid and is prettier because of the facets.
This bowl set is fine (and I do like it lots better than plastic storage) but I find the glass a little light and the lids warped after just a few washings on the upper rack of my dishwasher. I hesitantly recommend these.

Excellent for storage
The glass containers are a high quality, look good and great for storing leftovers in the refrigerator. However, they did teach me to read more carefully. My husband put one in the microwave with the cover on and it broke. He also put one in the oven. He said they looked like thick glass and were Pyrex, so they'd be ok. They weren't.
Used as directed they're perfect. I bought additional ones, but now he has clear instructions to leave them out of the oven.

Most Versatile Storage Bowl Set Ever Purchased
These are the most versatile storage bowls I have ever purchased. Not only do they store nicely when not in use . . . they keep food fresh and since they are clear you can see what is stored in them. They can go from the fridge to the microwave to the table!! You get a lot of value at a great price. I have recommended these bowls to all of my friends.

awesome customer service
have used these bowls in 2 different households. they are fabulous. through the usual attrition of glass objects in a family of 8, we were needing some extra bowls. ordered the set. received in timely fashion, extremely well packaged & w/ no visible damage. ran through dishwasher prior to use. one emerged w/ an internal crack. customer service replaced rapidly, though w/ wrong size. received 2nd(correct) replacement equally quickly, without any cost to me! these bowls are great. i only wish you could buy individual pieces or even just separate sizes.

switching to glass instead of plastic
I've recently begun switching away from rubbermaid and other plastic containers to glass (or glass with plastic BPA-free lids). These are very sturdy and the lids are too. Definitely can wash them on the top rack no problem. If you're nervous, use an air dry setting on your dishwasher if you're afraid of warping.
I like how they nest together and it saves a ton of space in my cabiners.

Great purchase
Love these bowls because they are clear, so you can see what is in each bowl. The lids are superior...different than most lids. They have ridges that fit onto the bowl perfectly. And they are easy to get on and off.
Also, they stack inside one another when not being used.

nice, but not leak-proof
I absolutely love the size and shape of these containers. They are simple and could even be called semi-elegant. Their nesting habit is great for space conservation in my small cabinets. The only gripe I have is that the lids fit with varying degrees of tightness. They are definitely not leak-proof, so aren't qualified to do more than sit up right in the fridge, definitely not meant to go into a lunch box. I suppose they aren't advertised to be, so I probably shouldn't complain. The lid problem didn't bother me enough to return them though, and I'm glad I didn't. I'll just have to find another one in which to pack my husband's lunch!

Excellent Storage
In light of all the hoo-haw about plastic, these glass storage containers are just the thing. They are sturdy, and pretty enough to leave on an open shelf. Nice sizes, also.

Do the job and look great also.
I am replacing plastic with glass and these sizes seemed to offer many options. They are working and I am impressed with the quality of the glass(weight). At the moment,I have cut up pineapple in the next to largest and a cut up chicken marinating in the largest.

Good Purchase
I recently decided to rid myself of a cabinet full of plastic. I decided these bowls along with a few other pieces are all I need. They are perfect - durable, interstacking and good sizes.

Mine cracked too
First, I'll say that this set is very useful for storing leftovers. I'm always careful when washing and never microwaved this with the lids. However, the same thing happened to me as the previous reviewer from May 8. I microwaved some rice and set it on the counter. I then heard a crack a moment later and the bowl split literally in half! I have since only used these bowls for storage and NOT for warming up leftovers. Also, I purchase two sets, and one of the bowls has a lid that is very loose.

Sturdy Bowls
These are great bowls and are a great replacement for my plastic storage pieces. Both the bowls and the tops are extremely sturdy, although I have been hand washing the tops just in case they would warp in the dishwasher. The large bowl is bigger than I had expected, but it is a great size to take a salad to a potluck. I do wish I could buy some of the smaller sizes separately because the two small bowls are a very useful size. You will not regret this purchase.

storage bowl
I had these bowls for about 3 months and loved their utiliity. One day I took one of the bowls out of the refrigerator to warm up mac and cheese. I put it in the microwave for less than a minute and decided to take it out so that it wouldn't be too hot for my grandson. I took it out and it cracked in half, I had followed all the do's and don'ts with this product and was highly disappointed and baffled. Needless to say so was my grandson.

Great size variety
These bowls are fabulous for freezing large amounts of food and great for leftovers. Do not heat with cover on. I use a glass dish or paper plate. I highly recommend them.

Good quality and value
I am in the process of changing over from plastic containers to glass containers, for obvious reasons. I am very happy with the quality of this product and the fact the storage dishes can go from refrigerator to microwave to table. They are even appropriate for the table!

Great storage bowls.
I bought these and the set of 12 storage bowls and it's a great way to store food. Glass is safer than plastic and you can see through the containers so you know what's in them in your frig.
