Meets my needs
This bread box meets my needs. It stores bread, is nice to look at and fits in well with my kitchen decor. The top of the box also adds extra "shelf" space for a small basket, extra loaf of bread, etc. However, while I love the feel of the gliding door, it doesn't always work if the bread is too close to the back or front of the box...it won't glide past and I have to shift the bread around. In spite of that, I like this bread box and would buy it again.

Broken in only a few months
Not sure if mine was defective or what, but the latch on my box seemed strange from day one. I got it for Christmas and by March one side of the latch had completely snapped off, rendering it useless.

made well..too shiny
As far as the product itself it was constructed well and exactly what I was looking for except for the finish. I have stainless steel appliances in my kitchen that are brushed stainless steel. As this is a shiny finish, it stuck out like a sore thumb. Unfortunately it was returned. I found a very similar one from another manufacturer that was brushed steel and it looked much better.

Works and Looks Great
We have had this bread saver since Christmas. It looks great displayed on the counter, and It so far, we have had far less old bread to throw away.

Christmas gift
I bought this as a Christmas gift and the couple loved it. Keeps their bread nice and fresh, while looking great in their new house.

Just what I needed!
Having limited counter space, I needed something small to hold little items we keep there. Such as: medicine btles, aspirin, phone charger, etc. It looks so much neater & the quality is Excellant! Love It!

Great buy
We have had our bread box for a few weeks and are extremely satisfied. I was concerned that it would be too big for the counter, but it fits nicely and cleans up the messy looking overflowing bread basket.

Totally Chrome Look -- Nice!
I've already submitted a review for the Small Bread-Storage Bin. I just wanted to add that the black stripe you see in both the large and small box photos must be a reflection of some sort, because the box is totally chrome. The only black piece is the heavy-duty plastic touch handle. These boxes are very well made -- great construction. Check out my other review!

Efficient Bread Box
With limited counter space.. this breadbox is perfect size. the stainless steel look is ideal and matches all my other stainless steal appliances perfectly.

So far... Dog Proof!
My roommates dogs were always getting in our bread and I was so tired of putting my bread on top of the fridge (especially since things kept getting pushed back and forgotten). When I got this it was a dream come true. Most of the bread boxes didn’t seem like they’d hold up against a heard of dogs, I saw this one and immediately new it could handle it. Plus I love the one touch operation.

Bread Box
It looked wonderful and I would have loved it, but it came damaged in the box. I could not open the door to it and it had 2 large scratches on it. The box was not damaged, so it had to have been that way when they put it in.
I am waiting for my money return and with Crate & Barrel I am sure there will be no problem.

The smooth one touch opening is great. It does the job of hiding all the messiness and keeping my bread fresh AND it looks modern and pretty on my counter top!

Beautiful & Functional!

Stylish and Practical
With limited cabinet space, this was the perfect solution for keeping my raisin bread and rolls fresh. It looks great with my stainless steel toaster and tea pot and the easy-open lid really is easy to open.
