Can't beat Weck jars!
I love these jars - I use them for everything in the kitchen - storing fresh produce I've prepped, herb butters, leftovers, preserves to give as gifts. They are fantastic - safe, beautiful, go from freezer to table looking lovely and everyone I give them to is always thrilled to receive them filled with goodies.
So glad Crate and Barrel is now carrying them and wish they had more of the tulip shape ones as well!

I LOVE these!!
I love these containers. They are so beautiful and well made. I use them for everything (except canning) and have given away several as gifts with my home-made granola. I have looked everywhere for the best price and I always end up coming back to C&B. I hope they ALWAYS sell these!

Great for storing baby food!
A great and inexpensive alternative to plastic for storing/freezing baby food. You don't even have to worry about metal like traditional canning jars, as well as cute containers for everyday use.

Beautiful jar for displaying all you can
No pun intended. :) I can jams, jellies, fruit butters and marmalades all the time, and these jars display them beautifully. They are supremely well-made in addition to how pretty they are on their own.
I have found it best to put the rubber ring securely on the top before putting that piece on the jar- this makes the best, error-proof seal!
Unless you are a major jam eater, I find the larger sized jars to be less useful for preservation.
Great product, and I'm so glad C&B started carrying them.

Great Find!
I have never been able to find jars like this anywhere. They are great and so many sizes!

For food & organization!
I absolutely love my Weck jars, I had been pining over them for years and when C&B offered 4.95 shipping I had to bite, indulging in a total of 32 jars. I have not stopped finding uses for them and think I might need more. I have used them to serve individual desserts (make ahead and impress your guests with how they are served), storing matcha powder, storing leftovers, organizing my spice pantry, etc. They are a beautiful combination of form and function. Crate and Barrel did a beautiful job of packaging and not one of them was received broken. I would order again from C&B provided shipping was reasonable.

just what i wanted
i saw this a while ago and THOUGHT i wanted it. These jars are PERFECT. In every way. I bought 4 sizes just to see what one i would use the most. Each one has a perfect purpose. I will buy more. They are attractive and stack well both in the refrigerator and pantry shelf. The rubber seal is a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, no problem.

Weck Jars Used in Yogurt maker
I have enjoyed using the jars in my YoLife yogurt maker, then sealing the finished product for storage in the fridge. I keep a zip bag tacked to the inside of my pantry to store the clips and seal rings. Wonderful quality glass - I am planning to freeze foods in the jars this year. C & B has the best prices on Weck jars and the items were so carefully ("lovingly") packed for shipment it was simply amazing.

Multi-use throughout the year!
Love these little gems! Great for making refrigerator jam recipes in the summer. Finished up the last jar of jam on the Christmas table, then just finished using the jars to make mini individual servings of cheesecake (source: Martha Stewart's LIVING Magazine). The cheesecakes store in the fridge for a couple of weeks and the family can take them as they want them. The jars are dishwasher safe, and look great decorated up with the help of some scrapbook detailing as jam jars. Hope C&B keeps these as a steady product so that I can order a couple with other items throughout the year to add to my collection of sizes!

German Design is great
I purchased these as a way to organize all of those condiments in my fridge. I absolutely love these jars. They are stylish and functional. I like how they stack and take up far less room than the store jars. I am actually going to purchase more. I like them that much.

Perfect For What I Planned
I use these jars in my pantry to hold rice, sugar, barley, etc. They look so good and I feel so organized when I look in there!

Awesome!
My wife and I love these canning jars. So far we've made Jam, Applesauce, Pickled Green Beans, and we have canned pumpkin. They work well, are inexpensive, sustainable, and look great on our counters even when they're empty!
Cons - Sometimes hard to tell if the seal is good after canning. Also, once opened, the jars are not as easy/nice to store in fridge as a ball jar with a screw top (but the glass lids are sweet).

Great for Storage, clumsy for travel
These tough jars seal tightly and survive a little rough handling without damage. The lids are held by metal clips that have a mild tendency to shift around on the lip of the jar or shoot off when you remove them from the lid- it makes it a little hard to tote the jars around. Overall, a very good purchase for food storage in the home.

Pretty cool
My husband and I planted our first garden this year so, of course, it was our first year of canning too. These jars were super easy to use and are just simply way cooler than the traditional canning jars from back in the day!
