Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Loaf pan I love the sturdy, substantial weight of these pans. My banana nut bread baked evenly even though the corners are sharp instead of rounded. The only reason I couldn't give them five stars is because of the seams that collect batter. This requires a little extra effort when cleaning. I used a toothpick to remove the baked bread and it came out easily.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hard to clean corners We received two of these pans for our wedding. I use them often and they work well. My one complaint is that the corners are folded and therefore have a crevice that is difficult to clean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good Bakeware I bought this loaf pan in December for holiday baking. The first few times I used it, I noticed that my sides would brown more than I wanted them too. The rest of my breads would bake evenly and perfect, it was just the sides (not the bottom). After about three or four uses, I was able to adjust and do not have that issue anymore. This pan is very easy to clean though which is convenient. I am giving it four stars only because of the browning issue I had in the beginning, or else I would give it five stars. But I would definitely recommend this pan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Bread Pans I've been learning to grind wheat and bake bread from scratch. Was extremely frustrated with how it was turning out and was on the verge of abandoning my newfound hobby when my husband questioned whether the pans I was using could possibly be an issue. After doing research and a lot of shopping around I decided to purchase these C&B loaf pans. Voila - problem solved! My bread has turned out exactly the way I had envisioned ever since. Bread bakes evenly and slides right out. No need to grease the pans. Pans require very little cleaning b/c nothing really sticks to them. Dough does occasionally get in the corners where the sides come together which is not ideal, but it comes out w/ the gentle use of a toothpick. Also, I always take care to towel dry immediately and then let stand right side up instead of upside down so that any remaining water doesn't collect in the roll on the top and potentially rust. Had wondered if the ridges on the bottom of the pans would make marks on the loaves, but they do not. Very, very happy with these pans. I also purchased the square cake pan (makes perfect brownies) and am considering purchasing the entire pro line bakeware set. Good luck and happy baking!
