Wusthof ® Classic Ikon 7 Hollow Ground Santoku Knife is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent choice for the price. Edge maintains well, even with irregular steeling. Sharpens to almost factory original. Lightweight with nice balance. The Wusthof icon stamped on the blade has come off after 4 months' worth of daily use and cleaning, but this is a very minor issue. Well worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Nice Knife I bought this as a Christmas present to myself, and I haven't regretted it. It's become my favorite knife for all kinds of jobs. It has no problem chopping ripe tomatoes without destroying them, which is to me a good test of sharpness. Interestingly, either because of the sharpness or the ease of control, I haven't yet cut myself (knock wood) with this knife, and that's quite unusual given my klutziness.
