Prepare up to 12 pasta pockets with this easy-to-use ravioli set. Lay a sheet of fresh pasta over the die-cast aluminum mold, press down gently on the indentation and pipe or spoon in your favorite filling. Place another pasta sheet on top and apply gentle pressure with the wood rolling pin. Flip, press down firmly with your hands, remove the mold, and cut into individual pockets.
