Our Monarch dining collection is handcrafted using centuries-old techniques in a modern way. Rare lengths of solid walnut chosen for their beautiful cathedral graining, are united on top with traditional wood-on-wood butterfly joinery without using nails or screws.
Seating six, our smaller Monarch rectangular dining table respects the living nature of the wood, allowing it to expand and contract with seasonal changes in humidity. A subtle blend of browns and greys, Monarch's unique shiitake finish creates a fresh neutral tone that mixes well with other wood finishes. A special water-based topcoat is entertaining-friendly with stain- and heat- resistant qualities. The Monarch 76" Dining Table is a Crate and Barrel exclusive.
