Handcast of recycled aluminum, the pan has a PFOA and PFOS toxin-free Stratanium nonstick surface that's 10 times harder than steel. Similar to a sauté pan, the chef pan is high-sided for easy stirring and slow simmers but has two short handles that allow it to double as a serving pan.
