Created by a French baker in 1965, the Silpat nonstick oven mat frees your baking from parchment sheets and greasy coatings. Made with food-grade silicone and reinforced fiberglass mesh, this mat cooks chocolate chip, peanut butter and snickerdoodle cookies evenly and releases them effortlessly without the need to grease cookware with butter or oil. To use, line a baking pan or cookie sheet with the mat, top with fresh or frozen cookie dough and bake.
