Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cups basil leaves, packed
Directions
- Place garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor and pulse for 1 minute. Add pine nuts and Parmesan cheese; pulse for 1½ minutes. Then add olive oil and basil; pulse until smooth.
Note: Can be frozen for up to two months.
