Ingredients
- 1½ ounces tequila
- ¾ ounce Aperol
- 1½ ounces pineapple juice
- Juice of 1 small lime
- Dash of agave
- Flake salt for glass
- Lime round, pineapple half moon and pineapple frond, for garnish
Directions
- Prepare your cocktail glass with a salt rim by coating the rim with lime juice and dipping it into flake salt. Combine tequila, Aperol, pineapple juice, lime juice and agave in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into the salt rimmed glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple, lime and a pineapple frond.
