Ingredients
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 6 cilantro sprigs, chopped with stems
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- ¼ pound canned crabmeat
Directions
- Place sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, green onions, cilantro and cayenne pepper in a food processor and process for about 1 minute, until smooth.
- Scrape the mixture into a bowl and gently fold in the crabmeat. Serve with your favorite cracker or toasted bread on a black plate to make the colors pop.
