Ingredients
- Cocktail Ingredients:
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 egg white
- ¾ ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce blueberry lavender syrup
- Dried and fresh lavender flowers, for garnish
- Blueberry Lavender Syrup Ingredients:
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried culinary lavender
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup water
Directions
- To make the blueberry lavender syrup, add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until sugar is dissolved. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Allow to cool, then strain into a jar.
- To make the cocktail, add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake until the outside of the shaker is chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lavender.
