Poinsettia Punch: Christmas Brunch Cocktail Idea via The Social Sipper
Three words: Christmas. Brunch. Punch. Is there anything more fun than a boozy drink served up in an old-school punch bowl? This Poinsettia Punch recipe from @thesocialsipper combines bourbon, champagne, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice and freshly squeezed orange juice—with a fancy ice ring adding the festive finishing touch. Make a batch of this ahead of time and simply pour it into our Britta Optic Punch Bowl when you’re ready to serve. Pair it with the vintage splendor of our classic Agnes Etched Coupe for a retro look that’ll surely garner a few exclamations of “Gee whiz!”
“As a kid, there was so much excitement around opening presents from Santa on Christmas morning. Brunch is my adult version of Christmas morning excitement. It’s the perfect time to exchange presents, enjoy delicious food and sip on brunch cocktails! My Poinsettia Punch is the perfect drink for the occasion. You can serve it up in a punch bowl and it’s super easy to make. Just add pomegranate juice, fresh orange juice and whiskey and finish it off with a bottle of champagne. It’s like an upgraded mimosa! Serve it up in the Tour Old Fashioned Glass or the Agnes Etched Coupe with fruit and mint.” -Carolyn (@thesocialsipper)
