Created in collaboration with master bladesmith Bob Kramer, ZWILLING's Kramer collection is clad in 100 beautifully swirled layers of Damascus steel for exceptional durability and strength. Skilled artisans finish and sharpen this bread knife by hand, honing the serrated blade to a scalpel-like edge that stays sharp and stands up to future sharpening. The ice-hardened blade boasts 100 beautifully swirled layers of Damascus steel cladding and is ice-hardened for durability and strength. Finished with a signature Bob Kramer mosaic rivet, the lovely faux bois handle provides a comfortable grip as you cut bread, cake layers and rolls.
ZWILLING of Germany has been crafting fine blades for nearly three centuries.
