Clean, contemporary design with a time-honored lineage that adds a fresh note to any room. Long treasured for its fine texture and smooth surface, gorgeous Banswara marble fashions a rounded slab tabletop. Old residences in India provide the angled base its teak, recycled and restored to its warm and beautifully grained state.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Joseph from Have this delivered. This coffee table ships in 2 boxes, the first box weighs about 8lbs and contains the base. The base is made of real wood and seems to be pretty well built. The marble top ships in a separate box that weighs 105lbs. The marble is rather delicate so I suggest you get this item delivered just in case the marble is broken because I’d say there is a pretty good chance it will be. The biggest draw back to the table is the top itself. Due to the weight and the natural stone you don’t get a consistent look. The first top I received when I ordered the table had a number of “fissures” in it which are things that look like cracks but are not real cracks…along with a crack that had turned into a broken top during shipping. The second top I received was much better, had no visible fissures but did contain some minor indentations in a 2”x2” section of the top. At the current price I feel the table is a little over priced because there doesn’t seem to be someone actually examining the marble used for the tops before it is cut and shipped. However Crate and Barrels customer service went above and beyond to replace the top for me so I’m giving the item 4 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RMAOC from Beautiful, but chipsI didn't expect chips in the marble, but that seems to be the way this table is made. I had C&B replace one top with a chip, and received a new one, that had chips elsewhere. Perhaps that the rustic nature of this table. I've decided to live with the second top, even with the imperfection on the side.

Rated 3 out of 5 by jch1 from Overall look is good, but poor quality marble topI was really excited for my cliff coffee table to come in! I chose to pick it up myself at the store, and don't be fooled; the top is very heavy!I was very disappointed when I got it home, up four flights of stairs to realize the top was chipped in several places on the side(s) and had several pitts in the marble.I went back to the store and checked out the one on display and it was "perfect", without these chips or pitts, thus it's not suppose to be a natural edge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LWC2014 from Beautiful sleek and modernMy husband and I bought this coffee table for our new apartment and I could not be any happier! The teak base has a beautiful contemporary design while the material and warm natural wood color also match more traditional furnishings. The base is also surprisingly light weight (but still very sturdy!) The marble top is a matte white marble that looks luxurious while not being gaudy. The top is heavy and stays on top of the base with its own weight. Since it is marble, though, we'll be diligent with our coaster use to prevent any staining or etching of the top. This is potentially the only down-side, however so far we have not had any problems at all! I really want to emphasize how beautiful this table really is in person. I would definitely recommend the Cliff coffee table to anyone who is considering it!
