Driftwood table
We loved the table in the store and thought it would be a perfect fit to the great room However, when we got the table home, the center section looked dirty, although it wasn't, and just didn't give the "pop" we were expecting from it. We returned the table within the required 7 days without any hassle and are continuing our hunt for the perfect, yet unusual, side table to place next to our Axis chair. We shop Crate & Barrell for the unique pieces and because of the pleasant sales associates in the Easton Town store.

broke quickly
This table broke within 4 months of having it. we didn't rough house it. It just broke off one day. Do not recommend.

Cool Table - Glad We Bought It
We bought a sofa, and I saw this in the catalog and just had to have it. As real beach people, it makes a great, unique addition to our home. A great conversation piece. I never buy anything like that on a whim, and I'm glad we did.

Love this piece!

Perfect Accent Table
There were some reviews about this table being too blocky, but ours is just elegant. It's sturdy, classic, and a truly beautiful accent that has a stunning presence. We are using it as an end table in our family room. It is the perfect touch to bring the beach indoors without being kitschy. Never fails to get compliments from guests. Love it!

What a Big Hit
My son fell in love with this table and had been eyeing it for months! We surprised him and bought it for his birthday. We purchased it at the Chestnut Hill store in MA. Having read the other reviews online, I had concerns about the driftwood base looking like a massive "block." The C&B salesperson suggested ordering two. We drove to the warehouse (save on delivery costs) to preview, and purchased one of the tables, and received a credit on the other. It was such a thoughtful and helpful suggestion! Being an organic product, each base will naturally be unique! However, looking over the bases and chosing one was the way to go. The glass top is heavy, and sits nicely on the base. It came well packaged in the box. We put the table in the backseat of our car and drove to NYC where my son lives. We carried it up the stairs ourselves-a 5th floor walk-up! The look on my son's face when he came home from work that evening, was priceless. The service I received at C&B was excellent and would purchase again from C&B.

Nice, but issues
The table did have the nice driftwood look. However, the top of the wood was not even, and the glass isn't attached to the wood and moves easily.
Delivery of the furniture is tricky, because they give you a date but no time until a few days before. After I tried to reschedule the date/time (7 am), the driver came with the piece anyway.

Stunning Conversation Piece
This table is absolutely gorgeous and looks fab in our family room. Friends and family comment on it when they enter the room and it truly makes the room come alive. The details of the driftwood make it a work of art and the glass table top is very solid and sturdy. I would highly recommend this table to anyone; it is a high quality, very unique piece.

Perfect Accent!

Disappointed but still like it
I have been loving this table since it was first featured at C&B. We finally purchased it and had it delivered a few days ago. I realized that each piece would be different and that I had to be open to what I received...BUT - mine looks like a heavy block of wood "chiseled" on a few pieces. Instead of feeling "natural" it appears more like manufactured pieces all glued together into one solid tree trunk.
If C&B will allow an exchange - I will be very happy...(and then give it 5 stars).

Misleading Photos
Expect this to look like the 3rd photo shown--more of a rectangle dense block shaped table. Basically a lot of little pieces of wood stuck together. Don't expect it to look like the photos they use in their settings which look like long branching arms like table legs which you could see through. It is nice but they should not show the other photos. I understand it is wood and not every piece will look the same but the 2 are completly diferent. The block like ones don't have the "richness" that the ones with the branching arms have.

Driftwood End Table
I have just received my two driftwood end tables w/glass top. I love them!! The glass top is the perfect size the the tables and they look great in my living room! If you are thinking about purchasing this item, do it You will be very pleased!

Excellent addition to our home
This table works wonders in a room, and looks more expensive than it is. It has pulled together two very modern chairs and has made the chairs blend seemlessly with the rest of our furniture and home, which is not all modern. Great piece! Do not hesitate to buy this one. You cannot go wrong no matter what your decor.

Exceptional purchase
This side table is a work of art! The glass top allows for light to accentuate the beautiful natural structure below. The table is nice and big and sits handsomely as a focal point in my livingroom.. I think this piece is brilliant and the best thing I have seen in years. Thank you Crate and Barrel.

Spectacular
This table looked great online, but when it arrived, it even surpassed the pictures online! It's so beautiful
that I ordered another one! The great thing about it is that each one, because it is made from driftwood, is unique. Love them!

Beautiful
I love the natural look of this table, the glass top lets the driftwood show through - that is what I like best of all. With a lamp on the table the light will showcase the wood. It is quite large though, unfortunately because of it's size, it won't be a purchase.
