Beware!
This is a beautiful looking sofa, but beware of the stock fabric. It is not very good quality. I have had this sofa for a little over 2 months and while the color (ceylon), shape and size are perfect....the fabric is already worn and pilled along the front edge of the cushion. Flipping regularly does not help. If you can spend the money and upgrade to a better fabric then this sofa is great. But otherwise I would stay away!

Low quality all around
I have to say that when I first received this sofa I was already a little disappointed that the frame and curve of the back wasn't perfectly smooth, but I decided to let it go (I tend to be a perfectionist). However it has been one year and the fabric has not been holding up at all. It is pilling something fierce. The cushions are also lopsided and have little back support, neither my husband or I are comfortable on this couch. We wish we had gone for a higher quality couch.

poor quality cushions
Fell for this in the store, and purchased the matching chair and ottoman. Cushions arrived "lumpy" & uneven. If you sit on it for more than 5 minutes the cushions end up squashed and out of shape. Concerned this will only get worse over time. Good price but not value, be careful.

Not great
I've had this sofa for less than two months, and the cushions already look and feel old. I flip them weekly. Also, the cleaning restrictions are ridiculous. You literally cannot even get water on the upholstery. ONLY professional cleaning, even spot cleaning. Do not buy this.

nice style but poor cushions
We really liked the look and feel of this sofa so we bought two of them for our new home about 6 months ago. The sofa looks great and we love the style of the high rolled arm but the quality of the cushions that you sit on really lowers our rating. For lack of a better word the cushions are mushy and have deformed quickly. If you sit in the middle of the sofa the cushions literally smoosh flat and it makes sitting on it uncomfortable. Also the stitching on one of the cushions has come apart and the fabric is pilling slightly.

love it!
I ordered the Cameron sofa in almond initially for a french cottage/rustic room in my home. After my purchase, I went in to the store to see it (stupid I know, should have gone first). I did not like the feel of the fabric and the sofa looked large and cumbersome. I fell in LOVE with the silhouette and even more in love with the price! The maya taupe color is a rich neutral that fits right in with my blues and jute rug. Its comfortable and lets you accessorize with your own throw pillows. I would recommend to anyone! Delivery was a snap and right on time, super fast for the stock color :) I'm loving C&B and got my sofa during their sale. I read that the fabric is sensitive to water, but I tested the swatch and saw no discoloration. Hopefully my sofa will have the same result if spilled on!

Absolutely no regrets
This sofa has turned out to be one of the best purchases we've made for our new house. It's sleek, comfortable, simple and yet has the impact I was looking for. It helped stylize our space without making it look pretentious and without making it uncomfortable (which is something i was afraid of). I get compliments on this sofa all the time. I would definitely recommend this sofa. I purchased the maya fabric in ceylon.

beautiful comfy quality
not only was the customer service excellent, shipped within 3 days, on time and patient, careful delivery men but the quality of this couch is exceptional!
Have had it for 6 months and looks like it arrived yesterday. Wears well, no fading, firm but comfortable cushions and I have never received so many compliments on a piece of furniture.
One of the cutest couches out there!

Love it!
Great sofa. Traditional lines with a contemporary feel. Fits perfectly in my eclectic mix living room. I like the tight back....lets me add my own pillows to change the feel, seasons, occasions.

This sofa is a great value!
The Silhouette Sofa was the best addition to my new apartment. It was a big purchase for me, but I new it would be well constructed and keep its shape over time. Sure enough, everyone who has come over has commented on how nice and comfortable it is. I would recommend this sofa to anyone! I took the advice of other reviewers and flip the cushions weekly, and have not noticed any problems. Enjoy the sofa - great for weekend movie marathons or game night, as well as having company for dinner.

I ask for fabric protection when I purchase the item
and there's no coment on the product it is treated for
fabric protection what so ever.
Except that I am satisfy with the product.

Great design
I needed additional seating in my living room and loved the curves on this sofa. It is not bulky or over-padded. I have antiques and other eclectic items in the room and it blended in perfectly. The color and fabric is wonderful! It is a deep sofa and does need pillows for better back support. It was fun closing the pillows!

Very comfortable couch
This couch has a great look and feel to it. It is very comfortable and is fairly easy to maintain. The only con that I have regarding this couch is that if you get water of any kind on it, it will create a white spot on the fabric. Other than that, great purchase.

Timeless, Elegant and Comfortable!
This beautiful couch takes my breath away every time I walk into my living room. The Silhouette's design -- it's lines, curves, legs and material were exactly what I was looking for. Seating in it is incredibly comfy! This one has real cushions, great arm and back support :) I ordered this in the Claret color / Maya fabric, it was definitely worth the wait (5 extra weeks). However, if you order to have the fabric protection sprayed additionally it will sadly leave blotches on the sofa's material which is a real bummer. I think it was sprayed on too close thus leaves the unsightly marks which could be seen at different angles consequently why I gave 4 stars :(

Design Project
I found this for a friend for their new home. It came and looked absolutly beautiful in their space. Not only was it comfortable, but it fit perfectly. I love the look! Would recommend this to any one. Perfect for any interior.

Looked for months!!
This couch is very comfortable. The color and texture of the fabric are fabulous. The only reason I subtracted a star is because the cushions have mashed a little. Love it!

Gorgeous design!
I first saw the Silhouette in an ad in the New York Times magazine, and I was immediately drawn to its subtle, elegant form. We were looking for a new sofa, and when we saw this "live" at C&B, and sat on it, we were sold. It's very comfortable while providing good thigh and back support, is very well made, and at $999, it's a great value. Its smaller size makes it perfect for an apartment or a more compact living room.
We bought it in the rich, red Maya color, which makes a bold statement against our white carpet.

Comfortable Sofa
We bought this sofa in the Maya Mist with mocha legs. Looks great against our brick wall/floors. It is super comfortable. I do find myself having to flip the cushions frequently, which they recommend doing once a week anyways, because it tends to flatten out, but so far (about a month) they've held up well. I've noticed a few spots where the fabric looks like it's pulled a little, but nothing a careful swipe with razor won't fix. That is something I expected with this type of fabric, which up close has that sort of imperfect texture so you wouldn't even notice. I wish I had bought the Ceylon, but the Maya Mist was the compromise I made with TH to get this couch.

Clean architectural lines.
We love it ( my husband & I ) . I am pleasantly surprised as to how well the Silhouette Sofa is made. The tacks on both sides and center helps keep the cushions in place, a plus! It's Timeless, Comfortable.and Fashionable. We highly recommand it.
