Comfiest Sofa in the Store!
After using a futon for a sofa for almost seven years, my husband and I were in the market for a full-size, comfy sofa. We tested every model in the C&B store, flomping down to gauge cushion feel and figure out which models had good seat depth (very scientific measurements). Some were too deep, some too stiff, but the Verano had the best balance of comfy cushions and deep-but-not-too-deep seating.
Now that we've had the sofa in our apartment for about a week, we are certain we made the right choice! It felt a bit strange to sit on at first, because we were so used to the now-lumpy futon, but it is definitely now part of the family. Large enough to sit three extremely comfortably, and four with no problem.
My only wish is that the standard fabric color was darker. There are other fabric choices, of course, but we had to go with the standard because there was a chance the sofa would be undeliverable to our apartment (due to a tricky door situation) - selecting a non-standard fabric color is a custom order and non-returnable. The fabric itself feels a bit stiffer than the floor model but will surely soften up with age and use.

Beautiful & Comfy Too!
We just received the couch and really like it! I am concerned with the light fabric and possible stains, but so far it looks great in our contemporary home. We do fluff cushions each night which I never had to do with any other couches we have had. Not a big deal, just something I did not know I would have to do when I ordered it! All in all, I am happy with the purchase!

Great sofa
The Verona sofa is super comfortable and I would have given it a 5 star rating except for the fabric. I love the way the stock fabric looks but it tends to be a little scratchy on the skin. It is perfect for lounging and relaxing. I love Crate and Barrel and the quality of the furniture. I want more!

A Sofa you won't want to leave
Sitting in this sofa at the store, it was one of the most comfortable sofa's I'd ever tried. I feared my wife wouldn't go for it because it was so deep, but thankfully it fits very nicely in our house. We even chose a standard color and its perfect. Had it for 6 weeks now, and every time I sit down I smile. It is that comfortable.

Comfy!
After having leather sofas in our den for the past 15 years, we decided to make a change and am glad we did! Purchased the 90" sofa in the stock color which is a beautiful neutral/linen color and provides a great palatte on which to add colorful pillows. The sofa is extra deep and easily seats 4 and very comfortable. Highly recommend adding a couple extra pillows because of it's depth. Haven't yet had any food spills so can't comment on that, but did have the fabric treated because of the light color. Looking forward to many years of use.

So spacious!
This couch is the perfect addition to our new living room. Its deep enough for my 6'5 husband to comfortably enjoy the football game with a few friends or for a guest to crash when in town. We love it!
Great tip- order extra fabric just in case. You never know if you color will go out of stock.

be prepared to lounge
Purchased for a family room to relax, watch tv, nap - this sofa is perfect for all those activities. It is very deep so you can easily curl up with a book or recline to watch a movie. We have added extra pillows for those who want their feet to reach the floor when seated upright. We chose to have the sofa made in hemp - it is very comfortable. The overall design is great.

Great Sofa!
After we rehabbed our 1950's ranch, we shopped for a new sofa and this one really fit the bill. It looks wonderful with any period and can be dressed up or down with pillows, etc.

Gorgeous & Comfortable!
This wasn't the sofa we intended to purchase, but after sitting in in, we had to have it. It is super deep and the cushions are very comfortable, but it is still sleek and elegant. An extra bonus is that you don't need an ottoman to put your feet up because by sitting at the back of the sofa, the edge hits mid-calf (I'm 5'10"!). I chose the canvas color for it's versatility and even though my brown, short haired dog loves to cuddle on the couch, I have yet to find a single hair. I couldn't be more happy with our purchase... great combination of style and comfort. Worth the price!

Beautiful, Quality Sofa
We purchased this sofa for our new home and we are so happy we did. The fabric is easy to clean, the pillows fluff up so nicely and the comfort of it is like no other. We had a leather sofa for so long that we forgot how a sofa should feel, you just dont get the cozy factor with leather. The width of the seat is wonderful especially when watching tv or just relaxing, you can curl up very easily. We just love it!!

Most comfortable attractive couch in Los Angeles
The designer chaise I had when I met my husband is a work of art, but is only sit-able for about an hour. My husband wanted a comfy couch to watch tv on, and I wanted an attractive, comfortable couch. This couch was the winner! We love it.
