I LOVE this Skimmer
This is a great skimmer - it's well made, the holes are the right size, but best of all - it's really big! I can scoop up 15 ravioli in one scoop saving me from having to pour the water out of the pot and into a strainer.

Durable!
Durable, withstands the high heat when frying wontons. A must have for anyone cooking Asian food!

A must have in the kitchen
I've wanted one of these for a long time since seeing it on every food network show. Great for picking up veggies that are being boiled. Can't wait for using it to fry something!

Great Product!
I love this product! I had been looking for one ever since I saw it on Kitchen Boss, and for the money, this product delivers! easily scoop out raviolis, veggies, or dumplings from the pot without having to dirty an entire colander!

Bamboo Skimmer Quest
after searching every store, freestanding and online for the elusive gadget, I said Ah Ha!! Crate and Barrel must have it!! Sure enough, now I can skim along with all the other foodies. Nothing else works like it, I even used it to skim off my chicken stock ......

More than a skimmer
Well made, sturdy, versatile! Bought 2: One for me and one for daughter who lives in tiny apartment in NYC with notorious tiny kitchen. She needed a colander; bu they take up so much space. This Skimmer is large enough to for use by a single person and takes up very little space. Love the long handle. I use mine nearly every day. Great kitchen tool.

Good buy
We have a deep fryer but my husband rarely uses it, he likes scooping potatoes out with a ladle, so I got this and it just works perfectly for him.

Long Handle
The handle is much longer than expected. I am quite pleased with the bamboo as well. It is sturdy and well made. I would recommend this product.

Great for every kitchen
This is a really helpful gadget. I use it for straining edamame or pasta. Works great.
