Best purchase ever
Purchased carving board for my husband for the holidays and it was such a hit that since then I have bought three more for sons in law and brother in law. And they all have raved about the usefulness of the board for cutting up a big turkey or roast. The channels in the board collect all the juice from the meat and clean up is a snap. Would highly recommend this ittem for the carver on the family.

Favorite Gift for Christmas
Beautiful, heavy board. Perfect for carving the holiday bird or roast, or even cutting up a few store rotisserie chickens. All the juices and mess are retained in the trench until you are ready to clean up, keeing your countertops clean and dry. The sturdy handles make it super easy to move even a very large turkey carcass out of the way so you can sit down to eat. Cleans up easily with just a little scrubbing.

Good for serving too
This is a really nice carving/serving board. The only downside is that there is nothing to make it not slide around so you have to be creative.

LOVE IT!!!
I got this board when I got married seven years ago and still love it!!! I've never had a problem with the wood; however, from the beginning I've rubbed it down periodically with Block Oil (that's the name) which is made specifically for wooden boards, salad bowls, etc. Would definitely recommend this!

Nice, but......
This is a very nice cutting board and the concept is great. The problem is that the wood separates after about 6 months. We returned it with no problem and got another one, but the same thing happened so we gave up on this cutting board.

Must have cutting board!
I received this as a wedding gift and didn't realize just how great this was until I started using it. It is decorative, which allows me to leave it out on the counter all the time. I love the grooves that prevent juices from running over the edge and the board fits very nicely across the sink when I need to wash and cut at the same time. I highly recommend this item as a must-have staple.
